The staff are unapproachable or very stuck up. Be ware they are not welcomeing and when I went up to the desk to check in I was greated with I need your ID. No, "hello, how can I help you" Sebastian was who checked me in. They also speak to each other in Spanish about the customers very unprofessional.For what this hotel put them self at, customer service should exceptional and it's not.

The cleanliness could still be better. It was our honeymoon. We loved our stay, though it would have been nice if they had something as a small token of appreciation - even something small like a chocolate on the pillows or a nice card in our room, etc.

It was like the 5th time we stayed here. We loved the breakfast. The hotel is of better quality than last times. Staff were nice and the beach is right there

NO SHUTTLE TO OR FROM AIRPORT UNLESS YOU BOOK FROM HOTEL PAGE. THE FOOD BUFFET PRICE KIND OF HIGH FOR THREE PEOPLE IT WAS $145.00 THE FAN IN ROOM DID NOT WORK WELL

The property was wonderful. However, not a lot of reasonably priced dining options in the area.

Big issue with beach beds - not enough beds for guests and half of them are very old, strange that there are more umbrellas than beds. Many rooms have double beds which are not queen size - not comfortable to sleep for couples.

Nice and relaxing hotel with pool, direct access to the beach, clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner (buffet), beautiful lobby.

The water system could have been better, we couldn’t get one hot shower during our 5 day stay. The water was always cold.

The hotel was very nice and the complimentary breakfast is one of thee best I have ever had. The rooms are clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom door didn't close and was not designed well. There wasn't privacy when using the toilet or shower.

I loved the location, right on the beach and not far from South Beach. The pool setting was nice as well. The breakfast was excellent. I also liked the mid-century modern decor.

We only ventured out once and didn’t get too far. We did not find many activities near the hotel, but we didn’t look too hard either.

We spent our time in the pool, at the beach, eating and in the room, adjusting to time differences. We loved the pool and the ability to go across to the beach too. The food was ideal for what we were wanting too

I would extend half an hour the breakfast time (up to 10.30am). I would put a net in the balcony of the Florida restaurant to avoid pigeons and birds flying all around chasing for food (it’s very annoying and disgusting). I would add a place to stay working near the pool without having to consume something. Maybe the balcony from Florida restaurant.

The staff! They were all very helpful and nice. Specially Santiago, who helped me with my bags. The hotel in general, I like it a lot and the breakfast, very complete.

The beach chairs on the beach were far too few for the numbers at the resort! There were maybe 80? The resorts on each side had 300 hundred or so. And what they did have was in marginal shape - some broken and kinda gross. Parking was supposed to be available for 50$ a night no reservations needed - well when we arrived- the parking was full! I asked at the front desk and the lady pointed - 3 blocks north - like okay… no actual direction - fortunately the valet gave us the address of the AC hotel which was two blocks south and frankly cost us 35 for the first 3 nights then 30 for the last - with in out privileges. The hotel was nice but not the same as many of the rius we’ve visited in the past. It was okay but for the price, not super amazing.

The location was good. The beach was lovely - so was the pool. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly enough.

When we initially checked in to the hotel it took a very long time to check in because the guy was the trainee. Honestly there was no one else available to help him. Also he gave us the wrong wifi password. But we were very patient with him. I asked the staff for a brunch recommendation, since it was pass the 1030 am cut off time for breakfast . The front desk guy looked at me and recommended the starbucks nearby. I did not come all this way to Miami for starbucks. We ended up googling a great place walking distance. The breakfast buffet was not the best. I have had better breakfast at other places. I only recommend the breakfast if you are traveling with young kids and you dont need to go find food in the morning. Also if you want to go to Brickell, or Bayside marlet place its about 30 min away from the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants. We loved going to the pool and then to the beach .
