The price for 1 night is a little high I think, especially when you pay the hotel/resort $10 or more an alcohol drink

The room we requested and paid for originally should have had a king or queen bed, what we received was a room with two beds, :(. We should check out at 11:00 am. m. and at 10:00 a.m. Our room access card was blocked, which prevented us from entering the room until we called to unlock it.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the location, the beach, the facilities, and the boardwalk. A good point is that the trolley and buses had a stop in front of the hotel in addition the staff was very gentle.

parking was a disappointment, and we thought a bit expensive; we came over from the mainland and one of the reasons we chose it was the availability of parking, and ,thus, mobility without having to pay taxis, uber, etc. THEY COULD USE FREE PARKING TO THE LOCAL POPULATION AND EXPLOITED AS A STAYCATION, AND OPTION MOST HOTELS IN THE BEACH COULD NOT MATCH. IF THEY ALSO OFFERED LUNCH, IT COULD BE AN ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION, SIMILAR TO PUNYA CANA, BUT VERY RARE IN MIAMI.

The front desk staff were not as attentive as i would expect for the level of property, and brand. Tthe manner from anyone I dealt with on the front desk was 'disinterested'

the access to the beach was fantastic and pool was nice. all the food and beverage staff and the house keeping staff were very nice and represent the brand well. very positive.

The staff are unapproachable or very stuck up. Be ware they are not welcomeing and when I went up to the desk to check in I was greated with I need your ID. No, "hello, how can I help you" Sebastian was who checked me in. They also speak to each other in Spanish about the customers very unprofessional.For what this hotel put them self at, customer service should exceptional and it's not.

The cleanliness could still be better. It was our honeymoon. We loved our stay, though it would have been nice if they had something as a small token of appreciation - even something small like a chocolate on the pillows or a nice card in our room, etc.

The property was wonderful. However, not a lot of reasonably priced dining options in the area.

Big issue with beach beds - not enough beds for guests and half of them are very old, strange that there are more umbrellas than beds. Many rooms have double beds which are not queen size - not comfortable to sleep for couples.

Nice and relaxing hotel with pool, direct access to the beach, clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner (buffet), beautiful lobby.

The water system could have been better, we couldn’t get one hot shower during our 5 day stay. The water was always cold.

The bathroom door didn't close and was not designed well. There wasn't privacy when using the toilet or shower.

I loved the location, right on the beach and not far from South Beach. The pool setting was nice as well. The breakfast was excellent. I also liked the mid-century modern decor.
