Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The breakfast was great, just a quick bite to eat before you start your day of adventure. The staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. This was our second time staying here and we haven't been disappointed.

The parking , but it’s like that everywhere up there in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The parking was great the first night but as more people came in, the trucks were parking in the no truck parking which left no room. That’s my only complaint.
The facility was very neat and tidy. The river is so calming and the sitting area. The rooms were fit perfect for our family and had all the things we needed. Loved that they still have the Gideon bibles in them❤️!! The pool was a hit for my kids and was a way to whined them down for bed. The breakfast was ok, but may need to add a waffle or pancake bar. All together, it was a very nice place to be.

Pets aren’t allowed.

The bathtub wasn’t clean. It had mold all inside the tub ring. I took pictures to show staff and they immediately called someone to clean it right away..
Location, chairs to sit out front .. a river behind and built In outdoor grills to cookout and a sitting area to watch the geese..

The inn was slightly outdated and could use some work. It would have been nice for the pool to either have its own room or to have some sort of privacy wall because doors to the outside open right up to the pool and made it slightly uncomfortable when people would come in and stare at you swimming.
It was slightly out dated but it was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast could have been a little better but it was honestly to be expected for the price we paid. The views and location were perfect and easy to maneuver with the traffic!

I loved the indoor pool. I thought it would be cold but it was at a nice warm temp, so I loved that. Everything was super clean upon arrival & the older lady who checked us in was absolutely sweet.

The breakfast could have had more variety, fresh fruit such as bananas, and could be a little longer. The hotel room we stayed in was next to a noisy road and the parking lot and it was very loud until after midnight. We also had noisy neighbors in the room next door for 2 nights of our stay-we would pay extra for a sound proof room! We had to go to walmart and buy earplugs!
We liked the room, the king size bed, the balcony, the sunroom near the pool, the porch with the rockers overlooking the river, walkability to restaurants and other places nearby.

Coffee was terrible. Was disappointed we were put in building 1 the traffic and lights are awful. Thank goodness for blackout curtains! Building 2 is quieter.
Bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Many restaurants etc within walking distance. Appreciate the breakfast, something for everyone.
