There was a gap at the head of the bed on the bed frame that my cat crawled into. And it was difficult to get him out. We had to stuff pillows under to ensure he couldn’t get in there again. Also the hot tub was scorching hot and the pool was ice cold.

The king room was crowded and the pull out sofa not comfortable. The tub was small. Don't like the ice machine was on the first floor and not every floor for access.

We loved the balcony in the king room and the playground. Loved the breakfast and didn't know there was a pool.

Harder to put what we didn't like with this one. The only thing I can possibly say is there isn't much selection with some good protein options, mostly just carbs.

The facility is very clean, great location and the staff was very friendly. Always nice to have a breakfast to start off your day also. The parking lot is very well lit.

The dog area was so small . My little dog had a hard time using that small little patch of grass.

The room had not been vacuumed. There were 3 pieces of candy on the carpet next to the AC unit. The breakfast was marginal. All carbs except for cheese sticks & hard boiled eggs. Neither of which were evident. They were in the refrigerator along with the Butter which was hard and not spreadable. Milk was in a gallon jug "family-style" and a bit clumsy to handle. Guests tripping over each other to get to food stations and utensils.

The room overlooked the river. A great location. The front desk readily changed the original reservation to riverside from street side when we checked in. Much appreciated.

The poll was super cloudy and the hot tub dirty. The seats shouldn’t be yellow. Elevator was super slow. Need more seating for breakfast.

The equipment in the exercise was not working. I reported at 6:30 am and was told maintenance would check it at 8:00 am. When I returned the next morning the front desk said there had not been a referral to repair it.

Love the staff, the breakfast is ALWAYS good 👍, it's close to everything, the pool/hot tub are always good for relaxing 😌. My wusband loves the bikes, cruised around the board walk so happily 😊. Ooo, and love ❤ the hot cookies 🍪 in the evening, a nice touch.

Construction all around us, loud music during the day as well as at night, I think we were above the lobby. I turned on a sound app so that we could sleep.
