We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America$60 deposit, cash preferred. I used a credit card. When I wanted a receipt for the refund, I got a runaround: the internet was down. I also got a call telling me they did the refund, but it would be 5 days until it posted to my card account. They did call to say a paper receipt was available. I was already out of town. I wonder if a cash deposit would get the same runaround.
The room had two full beds. The bed I used was a little creaky, noise-wise, but comfortable. The water was hot and the toilet flushed. The door lock did not seem to fully engage. It is in a great location. However, if you plan to have breakfast, it’s a mile-plus north for good coffee. A restaurant is right next door. It is an older-style build, but they offered vending and ice in the lobby. They have to adapt. I get that.

United States of AmericaIt was a no smoking room but it was toxic smell of cigarettes and even had a cigarette burn on the sheet. I have allergies and when I checked in the receptionist said that was a wait of 30 min for another room. Cause I didn't want a room in the 2nd floor. So cause I had plans I just settled for a room so toxic and I even had to spray alcohol on the air conditioner.

United States of AmericaThe office had no loaner blow dryer for us, took ID from both guests why? We are seniors with some mobility issues, we're nold nothing available on first floor. This hotel was NOT full up.
No breakfast, no blow dryer, iron and conditioner but there's a vending machine and ice machine in the lobby. We saw a space launch from the sidewalk and that's well worth it!

United States of AmericaOur TV in the room was broken. When I realized it, I called to let the front desk know. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then they said they would send maintenance up. When maintenance came up, he said he couldn't fix it, nor could he get us another one because the hotel was sold out. The next morning, I checked out 30 minutes late at 11:30a.m. The worker at the front desk threatened to charge me for late checkout. Then she demanded that I stand there until the room got inspected before I could leave. I asked her why that was necessary? She said that if there were any damages, she would have to charge me. I replied, "You have my card on file. Why do I need to stand here?" She responded, "Do you want your deposit back or not?" By the time this portion of the exchange was over, the worker that went to inspect the room called down to the front desk to inform them that the TV was broken, and they accused me of breaking it. I reminded them that I had called about it and tried to get a new TV, and no one was able to help me. I was clearly irritated, but I never got loud or aggressive, but I did make my grievances known. The worker at the front desk that I was having this exchange with threatened not to give me my deposit back several times and threatened to call the police on me several times. Which she ended up doing and then canceling the call. She only canceled the call because my guest took over the conversation at this point. We both told her you can not waste police resources because you don't like what an unsatisfied customer has to say about their experience. She also accused me of trying to get something for free because I was trying to leave before they inspected the room. I walked to the car and allowed the guest I was with to handle the situation from there. I have stayed in plenty of hotels from cheap to expensive, never have I been asked to stay until the room has been inspected.
The only thing that I liked was that it was five minutes away from the event I was attending.
