Construction going on right outside on the ramp and updates going on in the hotel on the first floor so couldn’t easily get down to the river walk because I am in a wheelchair. Also you didn’t have any accessible rooms with two beds which made it difficult to get around in the room.

At times, the noise from the River street area was annoying, especially the "busker" type singleton musicians. But OK, they added to the ambience of the location.

Location exactly what we wanted. View from balcony room was excellent - saw river traffic all the time. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good choice of restaurants. Liked the manager's reception very much for an end-of-day drink and munchies; thanks! Staff was friendly and most helpful on all my questions. Housekeeping did well.

Weird thumping noise in our room...

Location, location, location! All of Savannah is walkable from here, and the views of the river and the restaurants/shops right downstairs were fabulous. We had a blast!

Parking here is a nightmare. If you can find public parking just park there instead of valet, because it's way cheaper.

Great location and great staff. My room wasn't ready by check in time and the front desk made it right with an appropriate discount. They have a happy hour or I think they call it a managers reception with drinks and snacks and it was great. The location on River Street was perfect for walking anywhere in Savanah. It's a beautiful historic building. One night there was a fireworks show from a boat in the river that I could see from my balcony. The views from my room where great and the property was absolutely gorgeous!

Perfect location. Clean, comfort, well-appointed rooms. Coffee/tea available in the AM, fruited water in the afternoon. Manager's reception was a pleasant way to relax and mingle with other guests.

Everything about it. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfortable. We went for St Patrick’s day, the parade was right outside the door. Everything was perfect.

The shower pan needed a good scrubbing around the edges. There weren’t enough towels for us. There were 4 of us and they only had 2 towel sets. I had to request more. They also seemed to be short staffed.

Loved the room and bed/pillows. It was beautiful. The hotel itself was so great!!!! The staff were lovely.

We loved how close that it is to the river and were able to access River Street right from the hotel. That made it so convenient!

Room was riverfront which we enjoyed however will not stay riverfront again after waking uparound 530 to 6 each morning with delivery trucks. Also not Inns fault but construction right outside our window. Maybe place guests as far away as possible unless inn is full .

Accomodations were nice and enjoyed it being an older building as opposed to shiny and new. Staff were exceptional. Loved different treats laid out in lobby along some type beverage. Location perfect.

Internet did not work in our room. Very disappointing and made it really hard to keep up with work. Staff contacted service but no one fixed it.
