Pool was not up to par and extremely cold. Overall the place is going down since my last stay.

A little more attention to common areas,a table with chairs in room,attention to water pressure.

It was clean,one bed was really uncomfortable,good bathroom,water pressure was spotty,needed a table and chairs in room for sitting,elevator filthy,tile around pool had dirty grout,pool was nice,some of the young adults were running down the slide,pool was clean,plenty of parking,It was somewhat overpriced but overall it was pretty good and I will stay there again.

I didnt like the carpet just laid on the floor you could see the concrete, the bathroom cabinet was all broke and looked like it was barley standing, and the room did not have a chair and the lighting was bad

The room had a musty smell just because it's an old motel. The jetted tub had stains in the bottom and the bathroom is very dated. The pool area was mostly clean but there was mold or mildew all over the steps walking up to the waterslide. The room was very noisy just due to the fact is in very close proximity to the main road in Pigeon Forge.

It was a great location . Located right across from the Dollywood visitor kiosk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

No contental breakfast it cost me 50 dollars more a day to buy my family breakfast I will take that into account next time I budget for a room

The chlorine level was so high it burned my grandsons eyes. It would almost take your breath. Also the mattress needs to be updated, very lumpy and smashed.

I really liked the location and the decore. I appreciated the elevator and the indoor pool with slide was the deciding factor for us.

The hot tub is sealed closed You had to literally ask the front desk for everything there was no housekeeping The indoor pool kept getting cold Worse place I’ve stayed down there and I e stayed plenty of times each year for spring break with my children

I don't like that I don't have cleaning service everyday but they told me it's because they are short stuff on that end and that's completely understandable since 2020. Other than that good experience

There was blood on a pillow case on the bed when we arrived. There was trash in the shower in our other room when we arrived. The beds are okay for a night but not any longer. The pool was nice but staff could have been useful at the slide. Kids were out of control and their parents just watched. They were breaking in line, Running, shoving smaller kids, jumping on each other. Going up the slide backwards. It was a train wreck waiting to happen.

The bathroom. The toilet didn't want to flush very well. The shower was terrible. Pool chlorine was too strong. Burned ours eyes just walking in the room and made my child cough so much she threw up.

There were no tables in the room to put your luggage on. It was outdated. The indoor pool wasn't warm at all.. For the price in the middle of the week I felt it was very expensive.

Could be cleaner. The shower floor felt like it was going to fall thru. The beds were very uncomfortable.Definitely should try to keep up with the place better as far as cleaning goes. It’s a nice location but needs work in the overall quality. Whoever remodeled did a crappy job.

Called and stated we would be there for 3 days and asked if the pool would be open. On day one they closed it for scheduled maintenance. This was the reason we booked here. Also, the pool water was very dirty.

It was in walking distance of shoppes got a suite it was nice large roomy had washer dryer loved that so I didn't have to bring back dirty clothes home. It had a kitchen with oven and stove but no pots pans or utensils to cook with or dishes or silverware to eat off or with . It didn't say to bring your own usually you think they have that but not here. We did find a couple of roaches in room soon as we enter room . I did let them know and they sprayed room next day while we were out . The jacuzzi tub takes forever to fill so if you want to use it make sure you have like 1and 1/2 to wait to fill. But besides all that we did enjoy our stay kids loved it . This place needs fixing up but I would go back still .
