The location was perfect for the price—it’s near all the downtown attractions and just a 1 minute walk to the convention center which I came here for. My friend and I didn’t rent a car so we just walked everyone, and this was the perfect spot for that since it’s near everything. I really recommend this location!

Everything was great.

New, contemporary design. Well equipped. Very good security on three doors, entrance, lift and apartment door. Covered parking right across the road. Helpful staff. Easy self check-in and out. Great location for my wife and three kids (6yo, 4yo, 2yo) to go for walks and play parks and the library. We managed to sleep out three kids on a king size bed which worked fine. Reasonably priced. We could cook our own meals.

On the first morning, the hot water took a long time - a LONG time (like 10-15 minutes) - to reach the faucets. After that it was fine. No other problems.

The price was great compared to the nearby hotels, and the 2 bedroom apartment was spectacular!!

I would have really liked to have a better pan to cook with in our unit, as well as more kitchen items. Having a bottle of cooking oil or spray to cook with would have been a cherry on top.

I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher, I liked all the little details that made it homey and cozy. The modernized feel and hvac circulating the air and temperature control was great. Loved the full kitchen and having the 2 bedrooms worked out well for us. I also loved the brick wall accents.

Excellent location with plenty of parking near by. Ideal location to enjoy Spokane. Plus very close to the I-90.

They didn't have onsite parking included. I parked in a paid lot on the other side of the Davenport Grand during the day ($11 early bird) and in the paid lot behind the building at night. Parking is also available at the Davenport itself, but I didn't end up using that.

I was attending a conference at the Davenport Grand and this was right across the street. Super convenient location, excellent price (much cheaper than the Davenport Grand), plus it had a full kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. Nice living area and kitchen in addition to the bedrooms. Checking in was super easy. Just used a code to get in.

The only thing I would have liked better was stronger water pressure in the shower. The shower was roomy and had a lot of storage, but even changing to a different setting on the shower head didn’t increase the pressure as much as I prefer.

I loved everything about our apartment. It was spacious, clean, homey, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Felt very secure, the location was in a good place of town, clean. Apartments are well furnished and the air system is nice.

The only complaint I have is with the shower. Water pressure and temperature are good. The issue lies with how low the edge of the shower is and the slippery shelving. I didn't like how the the curtain would push into the shower and sometimes stick to my legs, letting the cold air in and the water out onto the bathroom floor or that my things needed to be placed in a particular way to keep it from slipping off. This is nitpicking and is definitely not a deal breaker. If you turn on the fan it helps with the curtain.

Check-in was a breeze as we were given the code for our room beforehand and didn't have to wait in line. My partner and I were excited to share this space that felt like our little temporary home. We felt safe around the property for the most part and were happy with how accessible everything was. There are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance as well as shops and the park. The facilities in our room are in great shape and we couldn't even hear our neighbors which was a surprise especially during the time before we were required to be quiet. It's really peaceful, and I'm definitely booking again the next time I visit.

We never did figure out the TV in the living room - maybe needs batteries - but didn't go there to watch TV anyways.
