The gym had no water in the water cooler so unable to drink anything during an intense workout if you didn’t bring your own water. Didn’t like the fact there’s not an elevator. Makes it difficult for people who have difficulties climbing flights of stairs. Didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get a king bed even though we reserved a king room ahead of time. Also, microwave in rooms would be more convenient rather than having to go use communal microwave down by ice machine.

Beautiful location on the river. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was perfect. Gym had great equipment and close to the river.

The desk staff and specifically the woman that checked me in was not responsive, caring or put any effort into validating my concerns. Further I am a senior and she said oh you have the best rate and the senior discount or AAA membership would not apply. Extremely frustrating as the rate was not in line with what I had been offered previously. In addition I just experienced a vehicle breakdown and tow so was really in a bind or I would have booked elsewhere due to he lack of effort and either inexperience or lack of knowledge in addressing my concerns.

The restaurant is high priced and trying to be too different. Would have paid the price for a normal decent steak and potatoes but didn't need the weird concoctions.

We went to the restaurant for dinner, but changed our minds when we saw the prices. It was very expensive for the meals offered ($36 for meatloaf and the hostess was wearing a flannel and cargo pants). But there are many great restaurants/breweries nearby!

The room was really large and comfortable. We paid for a King Bed room, but when we checked in, the staff pointedly said we paid for a "non river facing king." I'm sure it was just to make sure we weren't disappointed not to have a view, but it did feel a little like being called poor, lol. We really liked the room and felt very fancy with all the space regardless of the lack of view.

The mattress was not comfortable. Would prefer supportive but soft and plush feeling. Blankets and wool blanket were nice.

Loved the natural soap, spacious room and beds for all 5 of us. Love the setting on the river and super friendly and professional Staff.

I got my room keys, went to my room & the keys didn't work. I walked back to the desk, they gave me new keys and asked an employee to meet me there to make sure I got in. I walked back to the room & the keys still did not work. I went back a 3rd time & asked for a different (upgraded) room & they gave it to me. It worked out fine but it wasted 45 minutes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Being on the river is nice.

The entryway looked a bit tired but it was clear that parts of the property were being updated so it is likely on the list to be redone.

The room was spacious and had been recently updated. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Room was too warm for sleeping. Thermostat on wall did not work. Turned on air conditioner to cool the room in the middle of a snowstorm.

It was difficult to get the temp right in the shower, took several adjustments to set it just right between lukewarm and too hot. The floor tiles in the room felt a little bit dirty/gritty. The hot tub had too much chlorine, but the front desk staff responded right away when we reported this issue. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beds were very comfortable and we loved that our family of 5 could all sleep in our own beds (and not a pull out couch) in the same room! Shower water pressure was good. Indoor pool and hot tub facilities were very nice, and a good sized space. The room was nicely remodeled, it appears to be a recent updating.

Issues with TV not working properly. Not a big enough deal to cause us to call the front desk, just a bit fiddly. Sheets were a little TOO starched for my liking. Very “crunchy”. But I’m being picky at that point.

Roma were modern and updated recently with a Big screen. The main building was very nice inside.
