Aging facility, room's door security device broken. Chair and ottoman fabric worn. No desk chair. Smoke detector alerted on power outage, had to manually reset. Power outage lasted overnight - no morning hot water, internet or breakfast (not hotel's fault). Section of parking lot shared with commercial strip.

Location convenient to interstate highway, adequate parking area, relatively quiet.

Lightning at the living room

We need some place to sleep after a long drive there’s no other choice so we stay in your place. Facilities need to be updated , faucets is broken , lightning needs brighter , wall needs painted with brighter colors . I was able to sleep and take show and rested for the night .

Couldn't take a bath because it didn't work. Toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. No breakfast. No maid service. Had to place.a towel at the bottom of the door because cold air was coming in from a gap between door and floor. Locking latch was broke on door.

Don't love finding used washcloths in the bathroom, or wet spots on the bed. Doesn't really inspire confidence.

Breakfast seemed... Saved from the day before? And may have given my daughter food poisoning... Maybe money is tight, but everything was a little less maintained than I would expect for the price.

Everything. Non smoking but smell in room was so bad, literally had door open until we went to bed. Credit card was charged $30 more per room (we had 2) than what the receipt was for!!

Faucett for sink was nearly coming off. It was hard to turn on and off. Room was very dark, hard to see anything. Furniture was in disrepair. Location was busiest highway intersection in St. Joseph. Semi trucks all night long. The towels were small and thin. I believe the room was 'clean', but hard to tell in the dark.

Lamps were busted in the room so not enough light. Coffee packets were not replaced in the room. Did not like the old carpeting.

The front desk staff was friendly. I was able to get a ground floor room and dogs are allowed. Mexican restaurant nearby.

The room -the chair looked like it had not been cleaned for months, the fridge in the room did not work and there was crumbs between the bed and nightstand.

The pool was closed, but was the main reason we chose that hotel. Room was dark, Only 1 light worked. Neighbors were loud. Room was kinda clean. Pillows were flat. AC wasn’t cold.

The towels were thin, small and scratchy. The breakfast was bad. White bread, muffins and rolls that tasted like they were from the dollar store. Very few options. Pool was closed. Cricket in the tub. A few hairs around upon arrival.

The ac in the room worked well and the black out curtains were great. Sheets were comfortable.the free Wi-Fi was appreciated.

There was only one bath towel in a room for 4 people. So two of us shared and the other two just didn't. We got there at 2 am and were so exhausted we didn't feel like waiting around for someone to bring more that night. and left early the next morning.

Furnishings were shockingly old and worn. Power outlets and lights did not all work. Location is next to truckers parking lots, noisy outside but room was quiet. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The shower was weak and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge didn't work correctly well I should say the freezer part of the fridge.

Location made life simple. Room was very clean when we moved in. Very quiet couldn't even hear other guests moving around upstairs. They were very accommodating as well let us check in early.

The check in lady was not at the desk and the inside doors were locked. We had to check in with a bankers type wall of glass and slide the card and paperwork under the glass. We requested a room on the back to cut down on the interstate noise but she just said “no, this is your room” We had driven all day and decided to accept it. We had wonderful hospitality at all the earlier properties we stayed at on this trip but this last night was awful!!

The room appeared clean. The breakfast consisted of cereal and toast. The coffee tasted burnt. The Juice was in a sunny D bottle but looked like it was orange koolaid.

The parking lot was dangerous. It had snowed and, thawed , iced over and may places not cleaned off. No safety bar on the door and linen was terrible
