Exceptional accomodation, highly specifications and extremely roomy. And the location...stunning. you are in the desert with no near neighbours and beautiful views without sacrificing comfort or mod cons. We were only using this as a stop off for two nights to see Joshua Tree NP (entrance a two minute drive) but this would be a relaxing place to spend a week.

Amazing house, clean extremely comfortable and great facilities. Right beside the entrance to Joshua Tree park so it was ideal for sunrise, sunset and starlight trips. Host communication was perfect.

All the comforts of home. Decor out of a magazine-welcoming and cozy. Loved that at night we were surrounded by mountains, shooting stars, secluded and quiet, and occasional coyote music. Close to entrance of Joshua Tree. We appreciated the thoroughness and updates relating to property. Close to good restaurants.

I booked the house because of it's remote location (close to the entrance of the park) and therefore we were pretty happy with the silence up there and the view down to 29Palms.... The cleanness of the house and the beautiful furnishing, reflected the very friendly and supportive host.

As strange as it may seem, and I apologize to the host because I'm gonna sound rude while she was extremely kind all the way, I would have appreciated receiving less emails or texts from the host (I counted at least 10 emails and 6 texts). It feels like the whole week before our check-in date was spent reading pages and pages of rules, advice, details or answering requests from this property.

Beautiful desert home, comfortable, well-decorated, well-equipped and sparkling clean. Extremely good location just outside Joshua Tree NP. My husband even went jogging in the park from the property, how cool is that. We loved the view from the terrace, we loved watching the stars outside, we loved the firepit, we loved everything.

I wish it had a washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom.

It was in a secluded private area. It was close to one of the Joshua Tree National Park entrances. It was in close proximity of eateries and other establishments.

Location was great - just outside the National Park. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Views were fantastic. Host was very communicative and ready to help if anything was needed, which it wasn't! Would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Location was excellent and only a few miles from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park..Great views of the mountains and valley below. Beds were very comfortable and the house layout open and spacious and supplied with everything we needed. Our host Patricia was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing not to like about Roadrunner's Roost. We would absolutely stay there again.
