We did not have a view whatsoever, our windows was facing a building (wall), in which there were neighbours and they could see everything. So we didn’t even feel motivated to open the windows to check the sun or so. There were cockroaches even though the room was very clean but I imagined it…

The dining table's tabletop had been ruined by previous guests as it was some MDF type material that had been scratched and then gotten liquid on it so it was bubbled up in places. Annoying to eat on. The apartment was rough around the edges for sure and could use some sprucing up. The views were of another apartment building 6ft/1m away.

The location was excellent: close to the beach and nearby all the other sites that we wanted to visit. It's close to restaurants and there is a Walgreens not far away that has most basic things you'd need for breakfast/lunch/dinner if you don't feel like going out.

The booked apartment looked like 1 bedroom on the picture, but it was just a studio in real life, which was too congested for accommodating 6 ppl. Cleaning never showed up for the whole 7 days' stay. We left trash bag outside at the hallway, but nobody cared to pick it up. No lobby, no sitting or working area, and no bar or shared kitchen like on the pictures. So pictures are measleading.

Location and staff member Bryan were great. 1 block to the ocean. Quiet and safe building. Super fast check-in and check-out. Great value for money.

There needs to be a more realistic check-in time. 4pm in the afternoon doesnt work with most guests especially if you get to the area in the morning. We're lucky to have gotten in early but we had to spend 4 hours at the beach with all of our luggage. Amount of noise at all hours of the night. Sounded like kids running and jumping above us every night until 1am. If you're gonna have a quiet time then it needs to be enforced. Room was decent but a little dirty. The fold out futon legs were janky and broken as well as the coffee table.

Liked the location and how comfortable the beds were. Full kitchen to use and how friendly most of the staff were. Also the price was great!

i was having trouble getting into the front door using my room number and pressing #. that seemed to work the first time but then not again after. i ordered some food and stood outside to wait. then i couldnt get back into the building, and i asked a man sitting out front for help, who watched me struggle for 5 minutes until eventually i asked if he would please let me back in and he said "aw man, thats weird. i dont know..." and he walked away, which kind of hurt my feelings. another 2 minutes later, another guest came over, hit some buttons and let me in. finally 10 minutes after that, i got a text from Lowkl asking whats wrong, and I asked for the building code because my room and # doesnt work, so they gave it to me. when I left, I tested it again and it worked.

the room was clean and cozy, pretty much a basic hotel room. i also liked how the room was the first one after entering the building to the right. that made it easy for a fast entry.

Air condition very old, noisy and it is located almost on the floor of the unit, it is not efficient.

The place is ok, very good localization, and the elevator is a plus with the bags.

Great location three minutes from the beach on 14th Street. The kitchen allows you to fully cook. Not a bad bed. The air conditioner does not blow on it and you can sleep peacefully. Worth the money.

What I did not like is that the accommodation, the family studio, is really for 4 adults and two small children, because the sofa bed is too small for two adults or two teenagers, and it needs a little maintenance to make it look better, how to change the bathroom door, fix the towel rail to the wall was loose, grout the shower but of course that to give a little more elegance to and if the accommodation is 6 they should put more towels and sheets for the sofa bed.

2 people out of 6 did not get neither the towels nor the proper bed linen. Aircon really loud however effective The staff solved one issue but then stopped responding which was quite annoying

The best thing about the apt was the location. Really close to all the best places in Miami Beach 4 people out of 6 slept really comfortably. The bathroom was ok.

Only one set towels per stay, one toilet paper. No garbage pick up, your responsible for this. Balcony door would not lock, hung locks were stuck due to paint. So, a single woman stating alone it was a concern. Also called management and nothing was done about it No safe in apartment to secure valuables.

Pipes at the ceiling have dust on them. Make sure you request to have them clean. If you run out of tissue you have to buy it. Futon can realistically sleep 1 person. Be careful not to fall off the back

It was good walking distance to the strip and had a kitchen with silverware, plates and pans which were convenient. There are extra trash bags provided in the room. They allowed your bags to be kept by the place next door which is nice
