The room was in the breeze way with no outside sitting area of its own. The pool closed at 7:30pm so no evening swimming.

- - the noise of the road in the room the window on the lobby entrance and parking. we couldnt use the faucet in the bathroom, i thought there was no water but in the morning I told the reception that explained i had to pull the faucet for it to work. would have been nice to know before hand at checkin. i also asked to change rooms since we were literally in the corridor to the back area (pool and beach) but i was told they were full and clearly they weren’t. anyway all in all we loved the beach, garden and pool but for the price i expected a nice quiet room.

Room was very old, bathroom very small, size only for 1 person. No storage in bathroom. No (small) breakfast for that price. More a motel, not a hotel.

Good value for the Key Largo area. Location includes a pool, small beach, picnic area, hammocks and kayaks. Unfortunately, we had a stormy visit for our one night and couldn't really take advantage of the amenities. Room was clean, comfy and included a fridge and microwave. Tip: For dinner, the seafood restaurant across the street was very good. Just be careful running across the road!

Our Quad Room hadn't been updated as some of the other rooms had. Lack of balcony/lanai off our rooms on the 2nd floor.

Location. Our rooms were SPOTLESS and large (Quad Room – 2 bedrooms, 4 double beds). Free use of the kayaks. Pool was clean and warm. Staff was professional and polite. Tanay, at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Great place to relax and enjoy "Old Keys" charm…

The property’s grounds are lovely. stunning views. Amazing sunset with dolphins. Very relaxing. Use of kayaks was fantastic. We saw an alligator swimming in the mangrove. We stayed in the beach front villa and it was perfect.

We really wished it had house keeping during the stay, when we are vacation it’s so nice to come home to a clean house after a day at the beach.

The property is a bit dated, but the location, amenities, and staff were worth it!

Wonderful location on the water with kayaks and paddle boats to use at your leisure. The staff and owners were an absolute joy. Highly recommend!

Beach was beautiful and location was convenitant to restaurants. There were kayaks available, picnic tables and beautiful pier with lounge chairs for viewing the sunset was perfect.

The bed was not very comfortable and the door for bathroom were very loud. In the morning we could hear people talking in the room adjoining through a door but thankfully they were quiet during the night.

For a longer stay it would have been a great value to have access to the kayaks, but we enjoyed the dock for sunset and a little snorkel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and had all the necessities.

I, like another guest I spoke to, was under the assumption that my room had full size refrigerator and cooking appliance. This was not the case, so be careful when choosing your room type.

The swimming pool was wonderful! The size of the property was just right, not too big and not too small. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff and other guests we met were so friendly.

The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was heated and very clean, had a grilling area and a beach, lots of beach chairs and kayaks to rent. The view was amazing, watched the sunset at the pier with other guests each night. Very homey feeling, everyone was relaxed and met all the neighbors within the first days. Linda and Sassy were super sweet. We will be planning another trip back next year!!!
