It is an older hotel in need of some touch ups- but the location makes up for it

Lovely flower arrangements and cute mini gardens outside our door were a nice surprise. So was the organic and natural bathroom soaps etc. I will definitely come back!

Bummed the fireplace was not working and there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. I think tall chairs for the balcony would be better so you can sit and see over the railing.

The wall with the sliding door next to the fireplace was in need of serious repair. Although the room was clean seeing how that area of the room was you can’t help but see it as you look out that door to see the view it can take away the beauty of the view because it’s a distraction. With the Pandemic I know it’s hard for businesses right now due to having short staff and prices have gone up on everything so I can forgive that but with that said this type of repair is a necessity and needs to be addressed to keep your business running and keep looking fresh and clean so it doesn’t make you wonder about other things that are being missed. I don’t like to be negative or give a bad review because we did enjoy our stay, we would stay here again and also refer the Tradewinds to others 😊 I get reviews at my job too and as hard as it is we all need corrective criticism at times, sometimes a little bit goes a long way. 😊

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The location is good not too far from other destinations. Our room had a kitchen which came in handy. The patio provided seating and you were just steps away from walking down to the beach. This beach was so nice and not too crowded. The staff was very friendly.Room was clean bed was comfortable. We would stay here again but longer next time to enjoy that view,just can’t get that view out of my mind. 😊

We weren't able to get a room with a view but we will definitely go back again and get a room that looks out at the ocean.

No toiletries, but I always carry my own. Fireplace not functioning, but management provided advance notice. Would have been nice to be able to access via the slider door, but there was no way to lock the door from the outside. There was nothing that would prevent me from making a return visit to the Trafewinds.

Location, location, location... Right on the beach. Room was huge and immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, range, dishes, utensils, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Strong secure wifi signal. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Seven miles of beach with very few humans.

Our experience was a very good one. The manager was very helpful and nice. He came to our room twice to help us with what we needed. Would highly recomment this hotel, perfect access to the beach. Wouldn't come again on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday because most of the shops and restaurants were closed.

The location was perfect! Steps from the beach, quiet, and spacious. Our rooms came with full kitchens which were well equipped-we cooked many family dishes and decorated Easter eggs comfortably!

Nothing not to like. The bed was more firm than we were used to, but that's not on the motel to fix. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner at front desk. Great conversation about local seasonal attractions in the area. Large room with unforgettable view of ocean and beach wildlife. Kitchen was perfect for a home cooked dinner. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet were helpful. Really liked the couch, gives an extra resting area besides the bed.

It was a little sad the fireplaces were out of order. However, they did mention that on the website, so it wasn’t a surprise.

The room was truly oceanfront! The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Everything was so clean. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly.

I am not sure that we needed anthing else to make us feel any better, We were there in the winter months so many restaurants were closed.

Ocean front room was great and the size of the room was fatastic. If we had known about the great kitchen- we would not have eaten out so much. But all in all - it was perfect.

Everything and everyone was fantastic. Even when I mistook something niel was extremely accommodating. And everyone was great with my 3 year old! I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

The room was very spacious and had a wonderful bed where we could watch t.v. The bed was positioned perfectly where we could see the beach and the waves. The view we had was fantastic and my son loved watching the ocean from our door.
