The rooms were dark. Literally. The lighting was not great. The bathroom was really small I got a call after booking that we were being upgraded to a two bedroom suite but when I got there that conversation never existed. That was really disappointing.

The availability of a pool and hot tub was nice. Albeit, they were both very old. The furniture in the pool area was really nice! The location was great. They are doing Reno’s to the lobbby and it’s going to look spectacular.

There were certain things that I didn't like, for example. During the time I was there, no one ever came to clean the unit, nor did they bother to change the towels The jacuzzi was very hot. Otherwise, they lied telling me that the pool was hot and it was so cold that no one could enjoy it. I practically didn't enjoy the pool or the jacuzzi.

Clean space I think is one of the most important things.

There is hidden fee which was not shown in booking.com. We have paid booking.com for the price listed and unexpectedly got more charges when we checked in. We felt cheated.

Our toilet overflowed as soon as we used it. Called and said they would send someone right up but we had to call again 20 minutes later. We did get a new room which was comparable to the first but it didn’t have the same great view and the curtains were broken.

Location was good. The room was clean and modern looking. Lots of parking.

The walls are pretty thin could hear everything going on in other rooms. Also no restaurant at the time we visited so had to find restaurants near by.

The Swimming pool was ice cold and could not be used. The hot tub was dirty. The beds were not queen-sized as advertised. My wife and I are of medium and small build and the beds seemed to be oversized fulls. No continental breakfast.

Room appeared to have been renovated, but the balcony door had peeling paint,and ceiling was water spotted. Could easily hear activity and conversations in the connected room and across the hall.

Had to change rooms after we unloaded because of plug in was broken, cracked, and no wall plate was over it. Those beds were lousy. Had to pack up and moved. Didn't realize til next day heater was broke and weather turned cold. Someone came and rigged it but later I turned it off cause it got too hot then I couldn't get it back on. Next day they thought they fixed it but it stopped again. Pool was freezing. Hot tub had about 15 jets but only 4 worked. Needed painting chipped paint throughout tub. Asking for some type of compensation .

The gentleman who checked us in seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. It made me not want to ask for anything. The second meeting with him seemed to be better. The common areas of the hotel need a deep cleaning and updating. The hot tub jets didn’t work so it was like being in a hot bath. The pillows are too small and flat.

We didn’t notice a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room seemed to be updated and overall was very clean. Some of the features were a little odd. Like having an ironing board but not an iron in the room. We had to request one from the front desk.

The room had stains on the floor in high traffic area, and the chairs had stains on them. There was cobwebs with bugs at the door entrance. The rooms are difficult to locate in the dark.
