There’s no restaurant on site. The breakfast is pretty basic. You must order meals through Apps. But this all is okay for a motel. The price was high since we visited during University commencement days.

The room had a pet smell maybe pet cleaner smell. I used my deodorant spray to mask it. I wanted to buy a air freshener to put there but forgot on our trip to dinner. All in all other than that Everything was great.

Leaving the hotel and entering the highway traffic was a bit of a problem due to heavy traffic in the early morning and in the evening. Especially a problem when turning left to head into Ithaca.

Breakfast item selection could be improved by adding a couple of cereal selections and vary the breakfast meats over the week. Coffee was good and hot. Bagels were fresh and very good. Sofa bed in the room does not offer much support for sitting or laying. It should be replaced. The shower was great with hot water and good water pressure. The suite room was very large and spacious. The air conditioning unit was quiet and worked well.

The breakfast was lacking in many regards. The syrup for the waffles was empty and there was no one available to refill it.

Brkfst was in a clean, roomy location well stocked with standard motel breakfast options. Food was fresh and location had large window on two sides. Cheery/comfy.

The height of the king size bed was extremely challenging for the short people set.

Everything was clean and there were no off smells. It was reasonably quiet and located close enough to my event. The price was unbeatable. I would definitely stay again.

The refrigerator (?) in the room was cycling throughout the night and making a loud noise. If I had been a sounder sleeper it wouldn't have mattered, but being a light sleeper it was distracting. This wasn't a huge deal though and I'll stay here again when in Ithaca.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was very smooth. I used the room as a base for my stay and didn't spend a lot of awake time in the room. It was perfect for my needs.

Nothing much. If I were to nitpick: Room layout was a bit weird - the sink is outside the toilet, and between the sink and the toilet is the air-conditioner and only window.

Room was as expected, with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was okay - all the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, breads, spreads, coffee/tea), and hot food that consists of sunny side ups (that look like they were made from liquid eggs) and sausages. I've had better-tasting eggs at other motels though.

The things I didn't like are only minor. The bath room floor was dirty. So dirty that the nice white towels were dirty brown, when we left. There could be a few more trash cans in the room. But overall, they stay was much better than expected.
