Extremely hard to get to. Entrance is just beyond a bridge on the I-35 access road. TV very hard to figure out. Finally found the stations I was looking for on the second night. Only coffee for one cup. Had to get more for the second night as the room wasn't touched by maid service.

Close to my office. Parking near entrance. Instant hour water. Clean. Lay at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The entrance. Horrible with the construction. We missed it and had to go all around and the cars are going to fast down the frontage road that when you slow down to turn even with signal they get right up on you. I think it’s because it doesn’t look like an entrance.

Had a waterfall coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom. They lock the doors at 8:00 p.m., so you have to use a side door with no lighting. They aren't very friendly or professional. Small uncomfortable pillows (only 3), dirt and dust bunnies floating down the halls, parking is for compact cars. No continental breakfast, nothing is convenient for dinning/breakfast. A lot of construction covers the entrance. Poor signs. Television had no remote, and the staff neglected to give the password or instructions on how to use the television.

For the price, it was okay.

The website said they offer continental breakfast and once I arrived I was informed they didn’t offer any breakfast. I asked several times to have my room cleaned in my 11 day stay they never showed up to clean. Then I was told I had to take out my own trash. I had to go buy my own toilet paper. Would not recommend this hotel.

i did not like that fact that the A/C unit in our room didn’t get cold, the shower faucet didn’t have good water pressure and there wasn’t breakfast in the morning.

I liked how clean they kept the whole property and rooms. the staff was friendly and accommodated to my special needs.

The outlet at the dressing area was broken. Using the coffee maker and (our) hair dryer was difficult. Noise was an issue with severe coughing and a loud tv next door. We chose to use ear plugs to deal with this issue. The shower head looked as if it needed to be replaced.

The staff was excellent (especially helpful getting the tv to work). The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

My room was on bottom floor in the lobby and it was simply too loud. Everytime someone bought food from vending machine or checked in it woke me up. Mattress was pretty hard too. Even my teenager agreed.

Bedspread was dirty, it had human and dog hair on it and it looked like dried food on it. It made me wonder if the sheets had been laundered. I went and bought my own as I could not cancel my room at the time.

Smoke detector covered in plastic. Sheets none too clean food particles stuck to several flat surfaces. If you replace carpet with hard flooring you have to clean every inch every time or you see trails. Overall it appears no one cares enough to actually look at the work being done

The strong lysol, pine-sol smell. The stench of marijuana when going to the ice machine. The clogged toilet. The mediocre air conditioning unit. The refrigerator not working well. Driving through potholes at the entrance. Inadequate parking. Having to use a side door at night. To access the hotel. Not a recommended hotel.

The roof didn't leak. The doors locked. The lights and TV worked. The bed was comfortable.

First, there was a very bad smell, not in the room but everywhere. It is mentioned that they have a fitness center, but there was not. Wasting money to stay in that hotel. It's better to spend some more money and stay in better hotel.

Location, parking. The clerk being behind glass should have been and indication. The smell of stail smoke walking down the hall, and in the room there was some kind of air freshener trying to mask the smell. My wife pulled back the sheets on one bed and the sheets were dirty and had some kind of debree on the them. We did not stay.

I was a little early and the young clerk nailed me for ten dollars for him putting two pillow cases on. The shower didn’t work. I had already called and told the manager about my pet, the young clerk acted like I was trying to hide my pet. I didn’t appreciate his attitude, I didn’t think he should have charged me extra for a few minutes early checkin, particularly since the shower didn’t work.

Rodeway inn didn’t serve breakfast. We ate at IHOP and it was good. Room was comfortable enough, clean enough.
