we had 3 rooms, all of them had unclean vibe, one room was smelly (like someone smoked there for ever) other room wasnt clean and the toilet didnt work.

I have been staying here at least once a month for over two years due to my husbands work. every single stay, the staff goes and starts knocking as early as 8am to see if we will be checking out at 11am. DONT DO THAT!!! some of us need the extra rest….. even up to 11am YOUR CHECK OUT TIME. yes getting the rooms “clean” (in all honesty it never actually looks clean) is your priority but you have from 11am to 3:00pm to get the rooms cleaned. let your guest rest!!!

Very basic, bed a little uncomfortable. No lobby service, just a hatch to check in at 7pm. Nobody around to check out at 7am, no outside key drop. Breakfast not available/included.

checkout is at 11…. the housekeeper starts knocking at 8 and opens the door if you don’t answer (almost immediately). This is not a first time thing. ITS EVERY SINGLE STAY. I have been undressed and they open the door. Thank god for the chain lock.

you get what you pay for. ITS BEYOND DIRTY, there was a cup of rotten noodles in our microwave. a pair of dirty boxers in the bathroom and the place just overall needs some type of up keeping.

I did not like standing outside and checking in through a window. Kind of felt I was "Riff Raff." Perhaps it's a high crime area? It was 100 degrees out and stood out for awhile. They did not serve a breakfast or even coffee but there is a gas station next store that does along with a Burger King.

Basic room to spend a night passing through. Lot's of truckers and workers. Close to freeway I-20 & I-8.

The house keeping only came in to take the trash out. Toilet began to grow stuff in it. had to call front desk to tell them that they weren’t doing their job. the bed was literally made one time during my stay.

Wow, checking in and finding the ice machine was kind of hard because very little English was spoken. Plasterboard was falling off the ceiling over the bathtub. Had to clean out about a cup before showering..told the owner, he did not say thanks for letting him know or apologize for the mess. Just wrote it down and went on. Very strict about checkout at 11. He comes to your room and makes notes. Checkin was after 2. There was a sign that said back at 3:30..carpet was pretty matted and looked dirty. Near a truck stop so it was noisy all night. No chair in the room, only a bed to sit on. After a long drive it was pretty uncomfortable. Definitely a cultural difference, onot understanding the friendliness and expectations of people in America. However, it was clean enough and the bed was comfortable and the front window check in lady was nice, I think. This is not a complaint. Bookings.com ask me so I'm telling the story. It boils down to, what do you expect for $46 including tax?? Totally my fault trying to save a buck. Hotel prices are out of control compared to their service, rather lack of. They are still using covid as an excuse while making more profit with no service. All brands are the same. You ask my opinion, you got it. Marty
