The AC fan was too loud and could not turn it off without having to turn off the AC. The refrigerator was very loud so I had to unplug from the wall (plugged back in the morning) so I could get to sleep. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast. There was coffee and juice and some muffins I had to warm in the microwave oven. They also had cereal and milk.

The room is longer than wide so when laying bed the tv is on the side, you have to lay with your head sideways to watch. The bathtub would drain, by the time I finished a shower the water was way over my ankle. Wife wanted to take a bath, no stopper. Went to the office asked for a stopper was told just take a shower, when questioned more was told they have all new bathtubs in storage but city won’t give a permit, call BS on this. Was told all rooms like this no stopper, but my daughter’s room had a stopper. Why have a bathtub if there’s no stopper so wife stuffed a wash cloth in the hole. Breakfast——— if you like cereal and waffles you’ll do ok. Me don’t care for either. For the place in a small central Texas town way over priced. Won’t stay here again.

The price was the same as Comfort Inn but worlds apart. An old motel with a paint job.

The “breakfast” was watered coffee and a sad little honeybun. We had expected usual fare- not available. The coffee pot in room was dirty so we went to my mother’s hotel room down the street to have coffee and eggs/sausage.

There were three of us in the room and it was only set up for two.

I didn’t participate in the breakfast. The location was great. The only complaint that I have is; there was no hot water. The front desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant.

Window curtains were not low down enough to block out street lights. You were able to see into the room from outside the door with curtains pulled in from how high they were.

Microwave was really weak. Never had that problem before. It couldn't really pop popcorn well.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Staff is good and helpful. Property is older but fairly well maintained and improvements have been made. Clean enough and nice enough for me.

I expected the rooms to be old and probably a little musty because the hotel has been there at least since I was a kid. But the beds are awful. The pillows were comfy and sheets/bedding seemed to be clean at least. But you DEFINITELY should invest some money in new mattresses.

We stayed in 2 different king rooms on three different occasions and both of the beds were extremely squeaky. If you move or roll over, it wakes yourself and the person sleeping with you up. Needless to say, they need new king size beds.

I didn’t eat the breakfast there but the set up was very nice. Everything was very good. The hotel and staff themselves were great. Had a downstairs room which was great because I have cancer and stairs are really hard for me.
