Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

somewhat dated as many of these places are. didn't have English breakfast as I think I remembered being advertised, but sufficient. pancakes were actually good.
location off the road. also the owner manager was. very concerned about a pending tornado and was willing to forgive the reservation if I wanted to continue on to get out of the tornado path. comfortable stay. satelight tv, but didn't have cnn. had everything else though.

The breakfast was good for such a reasonable night of rest. The pancake "machine" was a hit for the children staying there. Bagels could have used cream cheese or peanut butter, but the bagels themselves were good.

Room had a dog urine smell. Pillows small and uncomfortable. AC super loud. Can tell room furniture and mattress has yet to be updated. Old outdated still.
Hallway and check in appeared freshly remodeled. Owners. Super nice and friendly.

Room was small. Prefer sink to be in bathroom. Did not realize there would be so few restaurant options (my fault).
It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Construction of the property is not the best. Can hear noise from adjacent rooms and noise from the hallways. Continental breakfast is the bare minimum. The design of the bathroom is very small with the sink and vanity outside the bathroom which is no problem for single or couples traveling together. May not be so good for families or other traveling parties.
Wasn't expecting much, but turned out to be much better than anticipated. This proverbial "road hotel" is fine to crash for a night or two. Very very safe location and easy on and off from interstate and very convenient to Graceland University in Lamoni.

If I had to say one thing, I only wish there was conditioner for my hair, but I could have also traveled with my own, so it's not necessarily a bad thing LOL. The amenities were also great, I liked breakfast too.
I liked that the area was easy to find, right off the highway. I also like that check-in was prompt, the room was exactly as requested and there was no issues with checkin.

The TV could be larger
Easy access from interstate, huge room, staff very pleasant. Traveling with our dogs is never easy, but the staff and the room made our evening very pleasant. The grassy dog walking area was perfect for our dogs.

We put the no need to clean today sign out and they went in and cleaned anyways. We literally put it in the key slit. Feels a little sketchy. Breakfast was severely lacking.

The facility was dirty and smelled awful. The rooms are run down and the bed will swallow you whole. I was too grossed out to even use the shower and the rooms are not sound proof at all. The biggest disappointment of all was waking up and finding a very minimal and pathetic “included breakfast”.

The room had a strong smell that made me sick to my stomach it looks like they were still under construction with old toilets and sinks in view. My business was done and I refused to stay another night so I told them I was departing early and they told me I couldn't check out kept my money and tried to charge my card again! While I was headed back home 10 hours away..I will never book a room with them again those rooms aren't worth the money I was charged for.
The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location 🙂

During construction, doors wouldn't lock, staff not around, awful moldy smell and water damage ceiling falling in, a construction working took a big dump in our room and left there for us to find.

Cut back on the noise in the morning the dump trucks beside the building make too much noise early in the morning.
The breakfast was OK more like a cold snack breakfast.
