House keeping woke me up a lot. I work nights and even with the no housekeeping notes on my account and at the desk they would pound on my door starting me awake. For most people it’s just annoying but I have ptsd so it’s very triggering. Also I had to clean my one room when I checked in cause it hadn’t been swept and I kept finding pieces of someone else’s broken jewelry.

Close to my job and cheap. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and graciously put up with me annoying them.

Roaches and owners rudeness.and the rooms are dirty

I rented room 241 the first night and roaches 1000s of them was in the room so I went up front and talked to the owner about 4 hours after I checked in and asked her to switch rooms she said she couldn't do that,So I then ask could she give me a discount on a room the next day she said no.So me and a friend was there from Friday until Tues I will not be back because Ive been renting rooms at this hotel since last year and for the owner to not even care about her customers blows my mind. I've never given a bad review any where but maybe the owner will get her place together hopefully now the rest of her staff overall was nice but the rooms are dirty also they do not keep them up housekeeping is not sweeping amd wiping walls down i won't be back.

Lights by bed were dusty. A towel had red stuff on it. There were Nats in room. Bedsheets had a few cigarette holes.

The room was far from clean...the floor was dirty..it hadn't been mopped in awhile.. my dog (had an accident he is older) peed and I cleaned it up..the paper towel was black with dirt...ac vents filthy..non smoking room smelled like cigarettes..needs a renovation badly..the only reason I didn't complain was short stay..for a concert..it was good location.

The only really super nice thing was the lady at the check in desk..she and I laughed at my loosing my room number before I made it to my car....next day I locked my key card in my room..I was a disaster...🤣😂🤣

There was no breakfast available which is fine. The hotel was said to be remodeled, and I think they were currently in the process of doing so. We received a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. HOWEVER, we stayed here for Railbird Music Festival. Everything else was booked solid or was $400/$500 more. I went into this facility with one requirement, no bed bugs and there were no bed bugs. You get what you pay for here. I think with the right management and owners, this could be a top hotel in the area. It’s in a great spot, local to almost everything.

The night worker was rude, asked for extra blanket and they said at 7 a.m we could get one when check out is at 11 a.m. also toilet over flowed Nd they said that they didn't have a plunger and it wasn't there problem

There was no breakfast at all, not even a continental breakfast was provided. I had to move rooms because of the roaches. They were all over the place. A person staying 2 doors down from my new room was found dead from an overdose on my last day there

The receptionist was quite rude from the moment I walked in. I arrived early, which was my fault, I know. But I didn't deserve the "you're too early, we can't help you" response. A little more patience and respect for paying customers wouldn't go amiss.

Overall it was pretty good value, considering the price. Clean and comfortable bed
