Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom was in a bit of disarray. Faucet on sink was loose, toilet had no lid on tank (which leaked due to a crack with poor attempt at repair) and, wasn't so great with the flushing aspect. Bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in or something. 3 lamps in room...half of which worked.
Accessible wifi. Food/shopping within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy. Hotel was close to event I was attending.

Some of the staff (females) were very rude at times. The fact that there is only 1 microwave located in the office. There are roaches and mice which, ate thru some of my stuff. The air barely worked. They have a sign saying continental breakfast, but that part is closed; when I asked about it, they said, no they, are not doing anything with it.
It was convenient to my job and cheapest around.

The lighting was dim, the wifi sucks unless you go outside, the heating/cooling system seems dated, the tv is an old model with crappy picture and the channels are limited.

The TV didn't work. The remote was not there. The ad said there was a bathtub there was not. The ad said the motel was 6 miles from Wells Fargo center it was 16. And when I asked for a room with a bath I was told there was no rooms with bath tubs it was not until check out that I found out there was.
I mainly liked the location. The room was decently clean.

The bathroom light switch didnt even work so i had to take a shower with my phone flashlight on. NO MICROWAVES. Eat before you get there lol.

The heater doesn't work, they are slow at requests I ask for, their housekeeping mostly doesn't know English only Spanish or Indian, the walls are so thin I can hear conversations all around.
It's close to shopping areas that I can walk to but that's really all there is, plus their prices are somewhat affordable but only on days they are being generous.

The pillows were almost flat. Damp room. Rot on portions of the room walls. The difficulty with Priceline overcharging from the agreed price.

THE ROOM HAD ROACHES, THE TV DID NOT WORK WHEN I USED THE REMOTE, THE SHOWER NEEDED CLEANING OF THE WALLS, AND THE TAP WAS UNABLE TO BE USED BECAUSE OF NO HANDLE TO TURN THE WATER ON.

It’s in a good location, no crime, access to good stores, very close, walking distance, I don’t like that there is no more free breakfast, and the laundry facilities are there but they don’t work.

I didn't like that the outlets were not working for me. I use a CPAP machine to sleep at night and there was no working outlet next to the bed. The hotel staff had to give me an electronic, portable alarm clock to charge my smart phone. The room was pretty normal too. It wasn't great. The TV had has basic cable channels, not all channels worked properly and frozed.
I like the convenient location and price.

Terrible room. Filthy bath tub and black mold around the tub. Bathroom door handle hanging off the door not even connected. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No trash can. Dingy dark room. Would NEVER recommend this hotel. Only reason stayed was bc emergency and based off pics on site didn’t look too bad. Definitely won’t make that mistake again!!!
Staff was kind checking in & out but room was terrible. Price was ok.
