More pillows and extra blankets as it was a bit cold.

It was a basic hotel for a stay while at an event at the fairgrounds. It was quite adequate for what we needed.

No maid service Saturday during our stay had to go to office for towels and toilet paper second day then office said maid came to our room and smelled smoke we do not smoke there were people smoking all morning in front of our room and the smell came in through door since it wasn’t weatherstripped and had gaps since the room wasn’t touched by a maid at all kind of impossible for her to smell anything In Our room 🤷‍♀️

I lifted the coffee pot to make coffee in the morning, but the handle was almost broken. And when I returned the keys in the morning, I wanted to say that the coffee pot might need to be changed, but there was no one at the count.

Old, dirty phone receiver, no hair dryer, walking up the long stairs was wobbly (questionable structural integrity and possible safety hazard), dirty coffee maker, only one small garbage can in the room and empty Kleenex box. No continental breakfast.

Close to the fishing location like the Bonneville Dam and Cascade locks. Affordable price.

The carpet in our room was badly stained/dirty. Room décor and bedspread very dated. The outside of the facility is looking worn out and in bad need of upkeep, could also use a good cleaning, picking up trash and sweeping throughout.

Location was good. Easy walking distance to very good restaurants. Relatively quiet given the proximity to highway. The lady attending the front desk was friendly and responsive.

Everything in the room was very worn, carpet really worn - had holes and burn from an iron that had apparently been placed on it. Carpet was filthy and room had apparently been modified from the original by putting in a kitchen and the modification was poorly done.

The outside area was not clean, trash, bugs, and cigarette butts laying everywhere! Inside the room was dated, hair was all over the bathtub, and the linen on the bed was torn and too thin. I will choose somewhere else next time I am in the area.

THE FACILITY IS NOT AS PICTURED AT ALL! The Jacuzzi tub is in ONE room in the entire facility. Queen beds are only available in rooms 109 & 110, and they are not on the ground floor like we were told they were. The bathroom toilet is so tight up against the wall it was difficult to use, the toilet seat was a thin plastic ring not completely connected to the toilet so it slipped and slid when ever it was used, and the toilet rocked on the floor connection. When we arrived at 2:45 PM, the office was locked, no answer to doorbell or phone calls. Then when the office was open about 3:15 PM, the manager lady was grumpy, and she did not listen to my husband. She accused him of lying to her about calling ahead, saying we did not, when we did. She refused my husband's preferred method of payment upon check in, then at 7:30 that night she called the room all mad that we had not paid. Our DIL locked herself out of her room 110, the manager was of very little help & mad at her for asking for help. Her room had live bugs and webs all around the door's security lock & in the window frames. Her bathroom had hair and other debris from the previous occupant and there was not a chair or table in the room. The outlets were not set up for grounded use. Bring your own power strip! The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and there was water damage on the cupboard next to the refrigerator. Room,109, the deadbolt lock did not work! We were there a week and housekeeping did not come by to restock the coffee supplies, toilet paper, empty garbage, or exchange towels. We had to ask for and retrieve the clean towels and garbage bags. We had the kitchenette room, no utensils or cooking pots available. There are no chairs or table in the room either. Bring your own. The beds were hard, every inner spring coil in the mattress could be felt, no pillow top on the mattress.

We liked the Kitchenette space. The location of the place was good easy to get in and out of or walk to places. The AC unit worked very well. The noise levels were not bad from other rooms, only occasional noise from the room next to us. The hot water was in good supply when needed. The three restaurants we ate at in the area are good! Andrew's Pizza was the best! Skunk Brother's Distillery was awesome for tasting room and tour. The waterfront area and drives are pretty.

It wasn't the cleanest place in the world but it was fine. It is across a toll bridge road that we had to pay $2 each time we went across. Would be nice to have a toll bridge pass or something included in our stay. Everything closes at 8 or 9. If you're looking for a late bite to eat, the closest places open past 9 are 20+ minutes away across the bridge in Hood River.

It was fairly cheap compared to the other Hotels in the area and we weren't planning on staying in the hotel the whole time so it was perfect for what we needed it for. When everything is open, Stevenson is a nice little town to walk down. It's close to Multnoma Falls and the other hiking in the area.
