The room smelled. It was clean but an old property and the odor, (assuming old smoke odor) was pretty bad.

Location. Very friendly staff. Made my stay much more pleasant.

Afternoon motel clerk was disinterested in her work and spent too much time on the phone in what appeared to be unrelated to her job or, at least, her customers. When we had trouble with the key-cards she seemed quite inconvenienced by us;.

At the inexpensive rate we were charged for the room, our expectations were fairly low. The room was short on amenities, but we expected that. It was clean.

Floor was gritty. Would have liked to know there was no internet before booking. Water pressure was very low. Room needed new paint. $$ was too much. Kitchen had no utensils .

Very old,in need of a renovation,however it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough ! There-was no internet service, we tried unsuccessfully several times and it wouldn’t work.They really need to invest in some new towels as the ones in use should not be used for guests ,maybe keep them for cleaning or something else but I couldn’t believe they use these that used to be white and are now grey and very thin . They did offer a bar fridge,microwave and coffee maker though ,but no hair dryer which I found odd ! Sorry I put these comments in the wrong box . These were things I think need improvement . The ladies on the desk at our arrival and checkout were very pleasant which was a plus !

This is my first experience with a 1 star motel. Yet even if it's a 1 star, there could be improvements, like the staff caring, or even the bedding to not have rips and stains.

The bed was comfortable and the price was ok. The location in town was easy to find. Its central to all amenities.

It was very run down. The "Rodeway" sign had some light out. Laundry cart, the vacuum, garbage cans were left out in front of room. The breakfast was non-existent.

Ignore the pictures, no pool or breakfast. The WI-FI did not work well, which is as well since my virus program didn't like it and warned me it was compromised.

Recently upgraded room. New paint and decorations. Wood like floor meant less concern about what had been in the warn carpeting, do liked that. Microwave and fridge helped.

The smell of cigarettes from people smoking right outside. That the TV and freezing air conditioning were on full blast when we arrived and we had to call the surly desk clerk in to turn off the TV as the switch was broken. She told us we had to wait outside while she did it. ?? No trash receptacle in the room.

The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt good.

We pulled up and it looked nothing like the picture on booking and it was dirty and the outside looked like something out of a horror show. We went into our room there were stains all over the carpet and the curtains were filthy. There was also a smell I can’t even describe so we went to Walmart to get room spray and pillows because the ones on the beds were so thin you would need 10 to actually have a decent pillow. Made it through the night and got in the shower to find that the floor of the shower gives and bows into the center of the tub so we didn’t really utilize the shower for all 3 of us
