The floors are so dirty. You guys make decent money on the rooms for them to have dirty floors. Rooms need repainting. Also, the bed frames were sticking out under the mattress. That's pretty dangerous. I'll won't be back here. Even small motels are cleaner then here

Room wasn’t very clean. Had tile floors that had not been mopped in awhile. Property was being remodeled so there was material everywhere. Pool was green. Parking was very tight. A little more effort could have been put into the room ie paint, cleaning.

The shower had nice pressure and was recently remodeled.

I had a non-smoking room, but it connected by locked doorway to another room where people DID smoke, so naturally some smoke came under the door. In the dark I could see light under that connecting door, so smoke could come into my room. Just enough to be detectable, but I did not like the odor.

The shower head was terrible. The road noise was very bad. Cleanliness was ok. The sheet on the one bed was stained and the floor needed to be mopped.

Its definitely NOT a 3-star motel. It was clean and the air was cold. Staff was nice. It's in need of updating. The toilet only filled with water if the sink water was on. And the shower water only trickled out unless the sink water was running. The inside lock on the door did not work. The freezer was dirty, some of the power outlets did not work, the couch was 30 years old, at least. The throw pillow had a curious stain. And I booked a room with a kitchenette in the photos but that did not happen. It was VERY overpriced for what we got. It's a typical roadside motel, but not worth the $150 I paid...by far.

There was a weird smell, more like cigarette smoke, however we were in the non-smoking area. The place does not look like anything on the pictures. There was a $100 deposit, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Furthermore, no continental breakfast was provided unlike it states in the ad. Also, the back of the bed has never been wiped down, until I arrived, which I sprayed with Lysol and wiped down with Lysol sheets.

It was spacious, bed was comfortable, it seems towels and bed sheets were clean. Staff member at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

It Definitely did not look like the photos… That’s for sure… And I will leave it at that. I won’t Badmouth the property, Because that’s bad karma… but they definitely know what needs to be done in that room or I would at least hope so.

It was close to Legoland, which is why we needed a place to stay being from Naples area. The location was definitely good because there is plenty of places around to eat, etc.

They charged us an early check in fee for checking in an hour and a half early! After driving 13 hours straight! Charged us $75 pet fee which was not listed anywhere on their site that stated PETS WELCOME! Charged us $50 for 2 stained towels that got stained by mopping the dirty floor in the room when we got there. No TV in the bedroom. Floor didn't look like it had been mopped in a month! Very rude staff! Way too expensive and too many extra add on fees for such an old building and bad location! Would not recommend for anyone on a tight budget! $405 turned into almost $600!!!

The suite was big with a stove and full size refrigerator.
