The shower floor was disgusting as were the towels. Towels were cleaned but had stains. The staff was kind and I did appreciate them.

I arrived to check in and there was a sign that said be back in 5 mins. I waited 25 mins until they returned to check me in.

There was honestly nothing about this stay that I could say that I actually liked. Everything was either mediocre or just bad.

Room smelled like mildew, air conditioner was very loud, sounded like it was about to blow up, and would quit working for 20 minutes at a time before working again. Poorly done repairs to walls. Shower took a long time to get hot. Cockroaches in shower area. No microwave in room.

The price was good. The manager was friendly. Not much else to say here.

Dirty carpeting and water pooled from rain inside at front door absorbed by carpet. Despite booking for business stay, room only had single outlet for TV only. No outlets or plugins at dated desk and dirty chair for computer, printer, phone, etc. all the way across the room. Additionally, better bring your own extension cord as the plug in the bathroom doesn't work so you'll need connection to single shared outlet for TV/fridge if you need to charge/use electric razor. No hangars. Broken towel rack. Noisy location not just freeway nearby, but too many stop and drive throughs and quick visits, with night check-ins gone by morning light. Additionally, much noise, floor shaking and wall rattling from other units' doors and questionable activities, i.e. wall drilling after 9pm, much major furniture movement at all hours. Don't run heater/AC = diesel truck-like noise. Despite conversation with management, plumbing noise through walls is too high and not as stated that its limited to laundry hours (at all hours and it WAS the laundry running late night, way early morning, no limits, PLUS shower and toilet use from all surrounding units). Dirty furniture and bed cover quilt. Bought and used bed linen set on top hotel's bedding with my own pillows. Management limits housekeeping. Request to freshen room for between two-day stay only resulted in changing two towels, no vacuum, no bed change, nothing else. Though non-smoking rooms are downstairs, smoking occurs on balconies above with sidewalk below in front of non-smoking units serving as an unlimited ashtray. No California smoking regulation enforcement. Worst is getting hung up on when asking about options from noise and activity from first night for second night . I got hung up on by staff without options (I did not cuss or elevate voice, but staff was irritated, consistently raised voice and was very dismissive with expressed concerns, then hung up).

No bed bugs or roaches. Non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke but...

The rooms need to be painted and the carpet should be replaced. the ac/heater is old. They need to resolve the roach issues. Towels were stained.

Front desk clerks are friendly and helpful. Water pressure and hot shower is good. Had a frig and microwave.

I didn't like no coffee in the morning and seems like hot water is limited.

It's good if you just want to sleep and relax especially for the price. No complaints about the room there were no bed bugs or roaches and it was clean the heater worked great..it was quiet they have wifi and cable. Just make sure you have everything you need there is no stores or anything close by but a mobil gas station that is expensive and does not sell alcohol. And they don't have microwaves in the room but you can use the one in the lobby. Also no coffee in the morning. They do however have security wasn't to worried about my car didn't see any scrupulous characters hanging around or staying there. All in all I'd stay there again it serves its purpose for the price the staff was friendly to housekeeping comes everyday very friendly.

TV didn't work turn it on by hand, it was too loud couldn't even use the controller because it wasn't even working either. Beds where too close to the AC couldn't turn on the heater.
