You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No fridge unit or microwave pop machine in vending area wasn't keeping beverages cold for $6.00 would've like a cold one, & ice machine also wasn't working properly so couldn't get ice & didn't have a place to keep if did

It looked little more run down do to it being older and had to pay extra to have a fridge and micro wave in room. The beds where not very comfortable they was very stiff

The Motel is not near any shops, gyms, no local amenities. We spent a fortune on Ubers to get everywhere. Not an ideal place if you don't drive! The bed was very creaky and some channels did not work on the television. Although I was told it would get fixed remotely, it never was. Unfortunately couldn't open curtains due to privacy so had to put lights on all the time. Room smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke although I had asked for a non-smoking room. Could also smell fresh cigarette smoke coming in from somewhere, maybe the vents. Cigarette burns all over the bedding.
The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

The blankets have holes on it, and some stain on the white under sheets. The bathroom door couldn't close all the way, so there was no privacy in the bathroom. The floor has dirt and leaves debris on it when we first enter the room.
The location is very convenient and off the freeway. I like it that they allow pets. I like it that there wasn't much noises arpund the motel.

Staff was excellent and professional. Recently remodeling and outside was clean too. Staff ensured I was familiar with the room location. Staff is top quality. Both check in and check out.
Great price. Clean. Staff contacted after checking to ensure that the room I was in was what I was expecting and if there was anything else they could provide. This is unique and very welcoming. That is a bonus. A follow up check on guest, show concern for the customer which is a top level rate for staff and policy.

Needs some TLC on the outside. It's quite an eyesore to look at. The check in area needed improvement. The pool wasn't open.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Looked like an upgraded unit with the sink and flooring. The shower was interesting in how it was set up.

No elevator ( out of order??) We are starting 3 ND floor .also bathroom no fans.

They had plenty of unoccupied rooms where they put us in the back. But, they gave us someone, right next to us, who blasted music until 4 in the morning. Hardly slept.
It was clean and comfortable. Not as big of a room as we've had at other Motel 6's for the same price, so that was a definite disappointment.

The room was having a cigarette smell. They didn't clean properly. When I asked about ut. The receptionist said "I know, sorry for that". I was really embarrassing. They didint have water, iron box etc. For laundry and other facility, you have to pay a lot of money.

Room wasn't really cleaned- especially the shower.. under the beds had mess from previous people.. the door wasn't too secure- looked like it was kicked in before and wasn't fixed right

The water pressure was so weak that it was hard to shower. The lock on our door was broken and the upper lock was as well. The card key took 3 swipes before reading the card. The room we was fair but looked like they rushed though cleaning.
The staff gave us a couple extra towels after being asked
