Great location, one block from the beach. Reminded me of old Florida – comfortable, efficiency apartment with all amenities. Quiet, safe, great find!!!

only suggestion would be to put cream and sugar with the coffee. the real cream in the little containers would be nice.

A bit far from a lot of restaurants as we didn't have a car. I like to be amongst more shops etc. Still getting used to accommodation not servicing rooms daily. Did think the weekend rates were quite high for the area. Not all the rooms have been renovated which will be reflected in the price.

Newly renovated to a high standard. Microwave was a positive. Very comfortable bedding. Not too far from beach. About a 2km walk to supermarket. Bus stop fairly handy to get around.

I liked the location. Close to the beach and quaint restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The rooms were outstanding. King bed, coffee maker, table with chairs, microwave and fridge.

Very easy late check-in process, clean rooms and good location. The beach and restaurants can be found nearby and there is a large grocery store quite close (approx.. 15-20 minutes walk). The property was nice and the staff was helpful.

The heating seemed to have some issues but we did great with the extra blankets.

The manager, Chris, was extremely nice: he upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost since the one we booked was in the older part of the hotel. He provided us with clean towels and blankets whenever we needed it and he even gave me free water on a day where I was feeling sick. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach and I a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved it!

I have no complaints about anything.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. I met the owner, he was great. The property was completely remodeled. From sidewalks to windows, everything was replaced. You can choose the size of your room. I chose the smallest, which worked for me. The property has two buildings. The one building is not as lovely as the completely remodeled building. So be sure to pick the room on the renovated side.

The hotel is very new. Therefore the rooms are in very good condition and it is very clean, the bathrooms are well ahead of the others in this class. The staff is very nice and supportive. No breakfast is offered, but this becomes clear when ordering. And on the other hand there is a small kitchen that you can actually use, with an oven, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils you need. The location is good: close to the beach and within easy reach of the hotspots of Atlantic Blvd, yet it is very quiet. Recommended.

Very good service from the hotel manager. The hotel is being renovated so consider it to be up & coming, but the older room I was in was certainly comfy and clean, and it stayed cool in the Florida summer. The pool area is very nice, the grounds are well kept, and it's very close to the beach

They had construction/renovation going on but it was not bad to be honest, no noise problem. Just one segment was closed off which was the pool side of the compound (still was able to use the pool) BUT they said renovation will be finished soon! So otherwise it would have been 100% great! bathroom was a little small

The location was amazing! One short walk away from the beach, literally. There was ample parking and there were many restaurants nearby (walking distance), both fancy and casual. The host, Chris, was the best! Very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were very fresh and clean, i did not have to worry about the cleanliness lol. We really had a great time over new years. They had many poolside chairs and towels and the pool was heated!

The bed is too low to the ground. It was difficult for this old man to get out of. Need more pots and pans, spatulas and things of that nature.

Very clean room. Modern considering the hotel was built in the 1950s. Very close to the beach and food. Safe area. Check in was very easy. Hot shower with lots of pressure.

I liked Chris, he was very efficient with his responses and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was very friendly, informative and helped me up with all my bags as I can never seem to pack light. thank you =)
