You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur plane was supposed to land in Fort Lauderdale at 12:30PM, but it was delayed until 3:30 PM. We had been at the airport since 8:00AM and had to sit on the plane for an additional 1.5 hours before taking off. Though this wasn't the host's fault, it left us exhausted. We arrived at 4:00 PM, the designated check-in time, hoping to rest a while before heading out anywhere in the city. The front desk was efficient, but our room wasn't ready. On the 26th floor, the hallway was unbearably hot, and the room was still being cleaned with the AC broken. The housekeeping staff, spoke no English, told us via Google Translate that another room was available on the 4th flr. This room was a 3-bdrm unit with poor views, and 3-bdrms was unnecessary for just the us 2. We decided to stay there for the night as they had offered and change into a higher flr room the next day, exhausted & hungry, we decided to go get some food while they cleaned the room temporary room. While out, the host later informed us we'd be moved to the 20th floor the next day to room 2007A. I asked to see this room first but received no response. Upon returning, we couldn't access the 4th-floor room due to a missing key code. The front desk helped, but with all the carrying of our luggage and the day without any rest which was planned upon check-in. We were finally able to get into a room at 8:30 PM (lower level), four hours after check-in, too tired to do anything. We felt this day was wasted. The next day, the host told us we would move to unit 2607A instead of 2007, claiming it had additional perks. However, there was not one differences or perks compared to 2605A. I reached out for clarification but received no response. When I followed up, I received a generic checkout message and no explanation about the perks. Feeling ignored, I requested a conversation about compensation for the inconvenience but heard nothing back. I believe we should have been refund for the first night.
I want to clarify my review. I appreciate the host for the accommodating need for a change in our room. However, I felt slighted and deceived by the issues we faced during check-in and the first few nights of our stay. I will detail these problems in the dislike section.

United States of AmericaHorrible lier!!!! Never said in advance the parking is extra 200$!!!! When I asked about the parking the lady at the reception said it’s extra and was laughing!!!! I didn’t stay any single day there cause I think it’s unfair. I made the cancellation but still was charged the full price 2.2 k Even in Booking policy it’s said: in case of cancellation the customer will be charged 50%. I am ready to pay the half of the price!!! But not the full sum of money for even not entering the apt!!!! The phone that is indicated never works! The lady the owner is absolutely horrible by chatting Super disappointed!!!!!! The worst experience ever!

United States of AmericaCheck-in was goofy as one has to leave the car unattended at the roundabout, get keys, be told in hindsight that parking is on the third level, get to the third level only to be told that check-in is on the first level, and cannot leave the car unless paying for valet. Would not describe hotel staff as high-quality well trained employees. They seemed overwhelmed OR cranky. The smell in the common areas was a heavy scent like cheap men's cologne. The elevator is a nightmare. One for 35 floors and ALWAYS a wait and full. Covid soup.
The room was a great size, light-filled, and quiet. There was laundry detergent for the washer. Enough towels.
