The upstairs of the suite was very hot but the downstairs was really cold. I’m not sure you can change that though.

We loved the loft suite! The breakfast was excellent, and the place was so cute.

The pool was not opened because we were there before the summer started. That was not a game changer since I knew about it before booking.

The location is great with it being about 5 miles from Mt Rushmore and very close as well to Custer State Park. Hill City is only 10 miles away. The breakfast was average but most hotel breakfasts are average in my opinion.

There was nothing to dislike. We enjoyed our stay.

You can't beat the location and convenience to Mt. Rushmore. It's literally a two mile drive. We were able to go back in the evening to see the lights without any trouble. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a little dated, but that didn't bother us. The breakfast is fabulous! Real eggs, yogurt, pastries, bacon etc. It was a great way to get going in the morning.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was good, 24 hour tea and coffee facilities available, and the complimentary breakfast was good. For anyone visiting the area, the Roosevelt Inn is well worth checking in to. (And take a drive on Iron Mountain road)

We were in the area to early for the summer season. So finding an open restaurant was a challenge. That was not a hotel issue. The staff helped us find places to eat, visit, and enjoy.

While our rooms were not close together, we had everything we needed. Great Breakfast! Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Pretty sure our room was haunted, nothing scary though. Sounded like someone walking in our room at night, rustling plastic bag, noise in the bathroom.

Great location in Keystone. Staff was exceptionally friendly. The balcony was great, a little cool during our stay though. Wonderful hot breakfast every morning.

Maybe I should have booked a king-size bed. More noise than expected.

Staff was wonderful, our room was just next to the entry-level on the 3rd floor, so it was a bit noisy, and there was some construction going on. The breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location.

We obviously chose a bad time to visit. There were no restaurants open. Many things weren't open. We booked the hotel because it had a pool and it was closed.

It was close to what we wanted to do. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. I would for sure stay there again.

Don’t count on the pull out sofa as a sleeping space! It was not usable for our young adult and he ended up sleeping on the seating surface of the sofa. Also, this isn’t a big deal, but for planning purposes be sure to take toiletries…shampoo and conditioner were not provided.

Location was great! We visited off season so there was no traffic during our stay, which made the close proximity to Mount Rushmore and other attractions even better. It was also extremely affordable. Although the property is a little dated it was very clean, and our room was spacious for our family of four. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, and bonus…they served the BEST hotel coffee I have ever had!!
