The rooms got hot in the middle of the night! The parking garage was oddly set up and had to pay for a parking! I would think with as much as we spent on the apartment that parking could have been thrown in or at least discounted!

Location was great! Close to Wolstein Center where we went for concert.

Living room furniture could be more comfortable and the configuration for tv watching was a little off. I'd have to say the same is true of the configuration of the furniture and the TV in the primary bedroom. The A/C thermostat was quite difficult to deal with unless you scanned the qr code and read all instructions. Might also be nice if people got a decent discount on the parking at the adjacent garage.

Very clean and modern with lots of natural light in the main living area & kitchen. Liked that there was a rooftop patio where we could view the 2024 eclipse. .

Y'all really, really need to improve signage. And maybe arrange some better signs with the garage attached to your building.

The location his ideal for Cleveland. You are a two minute walk from the casino and the warehouse district's clubs and restaurants. It's not a hotel room but rather an apartment. 12 ft ceilings, full kitchen... And for roughly the same cost as a downtown hotel room.

It was very quiet we love the space the privacy and the staff at the front desk was excellent even the valet was great I got locked out a few times with the code and she was very attentive to our needs definitely. will come again we was there on a Valentine's day trip perfect

It is to be expected because it is right downtown but definitely very noisy from the traffic.

We were in town for an event at the House of Blues (which was a 2 minute walk) and traveling with another couple. I looked into renting a couple hotel rooms and this place popped up. I could not believe how nice it was for the money spent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and it was immaculate with all the amenities needed!

This property didn't fall short in any category. The only thing I could possibly even think of to upgrade the experience at all would be if bathrobes were included in the room for courtesy use.

Everything about this property and staff exceeded my expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean with a great floorplan and included all amenities. Lots of natural light and strong Wi-Fi which is a must for us when traveling. The location was outstanding - close to restaurants and attractions. The parking was convenient. I simply can't say enough good things.

The internet photos did not do the property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and clean and the apartment was very spacious. We would stay here again without a doubt.

The property was AMAZING! Even better than the online pictures. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Even with the large windows it was extremely quiet. And no one tells you about the sitting area outside of the elevators. Impeccable!

The parking: you have to be a bit tech-savvy but you also have to keep the paper ticket if you simply bought one-day special event parking pass like me. I lost my ticket so have to pay another 60 when I exit the garage. (Before I arrived at the hotel, the link for reserving parking doesn’t work for me and no one answered the phone at the hotel, so I simply bought one-day parking ticket at the entrance) In summary: there’s plenty of space for parking INSIDE the building but you better make sure you can get the pass WAY BEFORE you got there. If you’re like me, couldn’t bought parking pass using the link provided by the hotel, you’ll ended up paying much more. I think it’s simply too much trouble. Why is it impossible to buy the pass at the entrance?

The hotel is simply pristine! The details, the design, the space, the amenities… simply wonderful! The staff are helpful and friendly.
