Nearly every door or elevator requires a key card, and the layout of the hotel can be confusing. Ask an associate to take you to your room and show you the layout.

I could live here. In fact, people do live here. You aren't getting a free breakfast, but everything else is exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. We also got a warm welcome upon arrival. Yaya at the reception was really nice and made us feel comfortable while we waited until check in time. The apartment was not noisy, very peaceful, smelled good and the people we met at the lobby or lift during our stay as part of the residents were polite and friendly. The kitchen has all you'll need to make a decent meal during your stay. The apartment has a washing and drying machine which made laundry easy during our stay. We got what we were promised when we booked the apartment so I'll surely recommend it to anyone.

The parking fee wasn't clear. We had to double that amount since we had two cars. I would have made different arrangements had I known the parking would be so much. I could have Ubered from home at a cheaper cost. It is really hard to regulate the heat. While the high ceilings and windows look good, they let in alot of cold air. While the furniture is contemporary, it's not very comfortable. I did request an apartment with a chaise couch, but didn't get one.

Chic look. Comfortable bed. Great location. Awesome staff. The kitchen was nicely appointed as well. Everything was immaculate.

The furniture could be more comfy. It is also a bit difficult to regulate the heat. The parking was way more than I was expecting including the fact that we had to pay double for having two cars.

The apartments are gorgeous and modern. The beds are super comfy. The staff was incredible.

Check-in and parking were a bit cumbersome. I think we were supposed to get an email with instructions but didn't. That may have helped. It's a little rough at night at PS but this location for walking can't be beat.

We loved this place! Best stay we've had during all of our travels. Room was perfectly appointed. VERY clean. Smelled so good! Staff was wonderful. Super convenient location to walk for dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Great view of Public Square.

I didn't receive the welcome email so check in and arranging parking pass was difficult. There is no parking lot and you can't access garage until you have purchased pass, so had to park illegally on a very busy Saturday evening and block traffic. There is no sinage at the entrance indicating how to access front desk from the outdoor kiosk screen (you can't enter without a room card and desk has to buzz you in) and as it says "the May" vs roost and only provides contacts it was not immediately obvious. No explanation provided at front desk with regard to accessing hotel specific parking (have to go into private part and swipe pass to open door, proceed to level 4) and difficult to navigate in large vehicle, especially with very impatient people following behind. Once checked in and parked, it was a great stay and I would go again. Just be prepared for check in process in particular if traffic is really busy!

The shower has a very little pressure and when the heat pump (A/C) kicks in it makes a lot of noise.It is pretty bothersome (I was in room # 355) It has definitely to be fixed.

Perfect location for our stay for the weekend. Very nice and clean accommodations. Wonderful to have on site parking. Great building security. Great to have a pet friendly place to stay. Our 2 dogs go everywhere with us, and it can be challenging to find a pet friendly place to stay.

The hotel’s two buildings are separated by a parking garage we had to walk through each time we went from the lobby to our room. The concierge walked us through and showed us and explained it well, it was just confusing.

Exceptionally clean room and facilities. Great location. Professional and knowledgeable staff.
