Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We did not have any shampoo in our bathroom I did not call front desk cuz it was already 10:30 when I was taking a shower and that’s when I find out . Also the blankets and pillows on one of the beds had a funny smell like feet or dirty

The building itself was not how it looked on bookit.com. So the pictures were misleading about how old and run down the property actually was in person. Also the rooms were very small and the beds took most of the room so we couldn’t walk around the room easily.
The property was clean and had a nice outdoor space and lounge. It was close to where we needed to go so location was convenient.

The breakfast room person was nice enough, but a little irritated when I asked for the butter when the butter was all gone. The front desk checking in was very nice, but on the checkout when all I needed to do is drop off my key, I asked a question and the front desk person was surly at best & made a comment about how they were very glad to see a large group of people checking out. There definitely were not enough handicap spaces. After arriving back one evening after having been out, I literally had to park about a quarter of a mile away from where I could enter to my room.. I know the hotel is full and parking was at a premium, but a few more handicap spaces at the front would’ve been appreciated.
The breakfast was just mediocre. Typical hotel breakfast with dry eggs and potatoes. The waffle makers always popular even though I didn’t use the waffle maker. when it got close to the end there was no butter and things were not going to be restocked because it was too close to the end. They were very prompt closing the doors that’s for sure. And then on Monday, the breakfast was over at 9 AM. I think that’s way too early for travelers who aren’t traveling on business

Loud people on either side of us both nights we stayed. Had to call front staff to complain. Did not get much sleep.

Unit was near the stairs so can hear people going to third floor. AC is a bit too loud if you light Sleeper and sleep on bed next to it.

The heater was little noisy at time. But hey, for the value, I couldn't have asked for more. So so grateful!!!
Our two-night stay was a delight! Thank Booking.com for upgrading our room free of charge. Our king room was on the 3rd floor, quiet and clean. Our bed was comfortable. The location was close to old town and Westfield Galleria, full of restaurant choices. Appreciated FREE parking in the back. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast exceeded my expectation; the ladies in the kitchen deserved a metal!

The pillows were harder than I like but I still slept well. If we travel by car, we usually bring our own pillows but we forgot them.

My key cards kept deactivating. I had to get new cards 3 times and I was only there for two nights. This isn't the hotels fault but the people above we stomped all night long. Next time am asking for the top floor.

The ice machine was broken! I had to spend a long time trying to find a working ice machine.

The parking lot could have better lighting in the side and back areas.
Room was clean and quiet. The breakfasts are a large buffet in the morning and even open on Christmas day. Also had housekeeping on the holiday. Very convenient location off the highway and have secure access controlled doors to ensure safety.
