Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

No complaint of any kind
Everything; location so close to downtown Bozeman, retro style motel from the 50's with parking right at your front door, beautiful rooms, great front desk, and at terrific price. Loved the whole ambiance. Reminded me of family trips years ago. And a coffee shop on the premises, so no drive to start the day.

The shower in my room. The door opened weird and you basically had to be standing in the shower to turn it on. No way to avoid it.
Designated parking right in front of your room! Large rooms and they were well decorated!

Only downside was the shower leaked water a bit, and there was no shelf or anything to leave your clothes if you needed privacy to change.
Great location and great theme. Roomy and comfortable stay. Fun to have the car right there if you forgot something! Nice and helpful staff. Close to downtown for dinner and a short walk home after, as well as a super pizza place in the other direction and great tacos across the street! A really fun place to stay

The space was beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly both in the evening and morning. They provided coffee in the morning and were happy to answer any questions about the area. Also, each room had a designated parking spot in front of the door which was so nice.

Maybe add some Tesla chargers? Tip envelopes for cleaners aren't appropriate - just pay your staff properly please.
Decor & fit out are really great, reminded me a bit of the film asteroid city. Would stay again.

Drains in the room were slow
Excellent staff, very welcoming Cool vibe and retro decor, swag to purchase of their motel. Coffee, tea every morning along with a microwave and an oven to use, if you need it. Books to read and swap with yours. Cleaning staff are awesome!

The beds are VERY firm and not to our taste. The bathroom gets moisture from the shower quickly and the fan does not keep up resulting in a lot of condensation that drips from the ceiling.
The room was clean and you could select for them to refresh the room daily. It was quite and they have done a nice job remodeling.

I've stayed at this hotel for almost 30 years now, and the latest updates/upgrades are very nice. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff has been consistently excellent.

I cant think of any improvements
This is a completely renovated motel in a quiet area central to everything on foot. The decor is clever/retro/stylish, it made us smile! The bed was supremely comfortable (large plush not the least bit shaky. we slept so well) The motel backs up to a residential neighborhood a few blocks to the main town of Bozeman. We walked to restaurants and shopping. In the morning we had great coffee in the lobby and also walked a couple blocks to a breakfast cafe. I am so happy we found this one!! And how nice to drive right up to your room and park in an assigned space outside your door!
