You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe tub water didn't drain as expected and the toilet didn't flush as expected. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and kept popping off. We did not call management about issues because it was so late when we noticed them.
I loved the location and overall cleanliness. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved having parking right in front of my room. I loved the overall old school Route 66 vibe.

United States of AmericaThe owner is very rude! We have been staying here for the last 3 years and never had a problem. It was a holiday weekend. When I asked for an extended checkout he yelled at me and said "no I too busy!!" I get it but you don't have to talk to me that way, terrible customer service!
Walking distance to Canyon Club but there are others we can stay at within same distance.

The place was perfect for the price. Small, but clean and comfortable room. Walking distance from tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
