There wasn’t a way to stream shows to the tv so we ended up watching Netflix from my phone. The playground outside was ran down and broken, I didn’t feel comfortable with my kids playing on it as there were two big screws under the airplane that I moved. The bed also felt like it had fiberglass in it. We were constantly being poked by something and when we asked for new sheets, the new sheets had someone else’s hair and dirt on them. It was thick black hair and we have thin blonde hair.

I enjoyed being on a lake and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. I loved the different choices and variety of food. The hotel was quiet and not chaotic. The additional play room for the kids was a huge plus.

There was only one washcloth and two towels in the bathroom for the four of us. I asked one of housekeepers for more, so told me she didn’t speak English. I called the front desk to ask for more, but they never came. I ended up having to take some from a passing cart.

Beautiful updates and great breakfast. Some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a hotel.

The bedroom was a little too basic, minimum. We also had some ants problem in our room, coming from the outside. Had to spray insecticide twice.

The first night, there was absolutely no hot water. The next day it was excellent. The breakfast was decent, minus the coffee... the coffee was terrible and bitter. You can tell that they also water down the coffee creamer.

At breakfast, all glasses and some plates were disposable for single use made of plastic. That is unacceptable today in 2024. And if there are events or days when some single use plates/glasses are used, please offer guests the possibility to sort so it can at least be recycled.

It wasn’t the cleanest, I found hair in the sheets and they only provided one wash cloth knowing that 2 people were staying in the room. We had to improvise and one of us had to use a hand towel to wash .

The playground outside was a little bit worn but I think it's from probably having such high traffic through the hotel so many kids are eventually going to break something the breakfast was okay I personally didn't care for it it seemed ..... They have such high traffic that they just try to feed everybody so the quality of the food is less than. I haven't stayed at any other hotels in the area so I don't have much to compare it to but we will probably come back and stay at this hotel in our future travels to the theme parks you couldn't beat the price.

The rate for the stay was very good. It allowed us to do more activities because we didn't overspend for those room. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming the kids room was great. My husband like that there was Xboxes he could play the pool was well kept the hammocks facing the lake were probably my favorite part they looked brand new we sat out there for hours just swinging and letting the little one run around. At night the gazebo lights up completely it's covered in lights and it's just beautiful outside the lake

When we arrived for checkin, the woman at the front desk was not very kind and seemed to have an issue with us being at the hotel. The pool was not heated like stated online and the lake was filthy. The bathroom had mold in it and the couch had crumbs and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

The lobby was absolutely beautiful and breakfast was amazing. They had a whole buffet for free. They also offered room service and the kids game room was equipped with Xboxes. The rooms were extremely spacious and the Tv was very high quality.

breakfast was not that great, tough with kids. no pancakes, no real orange juice. no towel at the pool, bring own towels, very small.
