The woman at the front desk, who I c an only assume is the owner/manager was very rude. She snapped at another guest about a phone call. Told my mother who was my ride to “stay in her lane” when she was waiting with us to check out. Very poor attitude for someone who runs a motel.

Good location. Lots of options of restaurants within walking distance. Decently priced.

I had a broken chair in my room and had asked early on in my stay to replace it. Never got replaced even after several reminders. The staff didn't understand English too well.

There was a lot of stuff not working in my room. The TV was fuzzy, I think the antenna connection in the back was busted. The lights were flicking, the drawers were busted, the bathroom only had one toilet paper. Good thing I didn't need anymore. Lol The toilet didn't flush. You have to hold the handle down constantly. Or it won't flush. There were holes in a restroom on the walls. And had a weird smell in the hallway. It's kind of very hard to communicate with the person in the front desk in the morning. The nice older gentlemen, that was helping me, couldn't' speak English very well. So we had to play a little charades to figure it out. But other than that, It was okay.

The location was great. The price was good. Can't complain about the price. It was actually quiet!

Service. Our toilet got blocked and after 36h of no action from the staff to rectify the issue after requesting it to be fixed 4 times let myself into the storage room, found a plunger and cleared the blockage myself.

It seemed there were more residents than hotel guests. Many upgrades are needed. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle- it was rigged out of duct tape.

The Motel’s General Manager was very difficult to communicate with while I was checking out,

When I arrived to check in, the individual behind the front desk, was acting very unprofessional & seemed to be bothered that I was even there. This overshadowed anything that I would have normally enjoyed.

The front desk staff were awful, back door was broke and constantly open. Lights were sketchy, only allowed 2 towels for 3 nights.

Desk clerk was very impatient. He could not get my debit card to work for the room Throwing his arm up lin full tantrum mode.. He grunted and mungled wrinkly old fingers pointing at the ATM. Cash he grunted I looked at him with total amazinent knowing full well I'm my card works in the ATM (it did) it would/should have worked on his terminal. I got the cash paid for the room. I then asked if he was going to reimburse the ATM fees. His head exploded sending hot air everywhere. I was serious he couldn't comprehend . That's the good.

Better attitude from staff towards thier guests.

Hotel was fine other than the beds are very hard, and the blankets were trash. The one beds cduvet had significant stains on them. They do not offer and sort of continental breakfast but for the price point I was fine with that. Besides that the room was fine. Hotel smelled of curry and the elevator seems a bit sketchy. The main issue of this hotel is the staff. I encountered 3 different men who all were VERY rude and seemed as if they were put out by simple requests. They take only cash deposits which I have never encountered before and he was rude saying people's cards don't always work in explaining his reasoning. We took our stuff to our room before heading out to dinner. Our family consisted of 2 adults and 2 children. They only provided 2 towels in the room so I returned to the front desk where the same man was talking on his cell phone and seemed put off by my asking for 2 more towels so we could all shower in the morning. He gave me a lame excuse that the housekeeping had left for the day and I would need to make a second trip down to the front desk in the morning and ask for some. Totally ridiculous and inconvenient to guests. We got by on only 2 towels and the next day the housekeeping came to our door before we left for our day and asked if we needed housekeeping. I asked If he could come back in 10 mins because we were almost about to leave. He said no that he had other things he needed to do. I said fine, can I please have 2 towels and he wouldn't need to come back. He said he would need our dirty towels first, I gave him all our towels and told him I would need four big towels and he told me NO! He gave a bullshit excuse saying he would not have enough towels for the other rooms. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! SIR GIVE ME THE TOWELS AND DO NOT COME BACK TO MY ROOM. Didn't even matter, couldn't really shower there, they have absolutely no hot water, luke warm at best.

Location was further from the freeway than we thought it would be. The bed was comfortable.
