Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Paid for a 2 person occupancy room but only ever had one working key making it extremely inconvenient, the fridge didn't work spoiling food, and we had no hot water for the 2 days we stayed there and we're unable to take a shower or enjoy the tub that was in part a big reason we chose to take our money there. Not the Royal in or booking.com did anything in the way of getting us another room or any kind of refund. We were so disappointed I doubt we will ever be going to stay there again or be using booking as our site we use often to find out rooms.

The facility was completely run down. The other guests seemed questionable and rude. The room was disgusting, the bedding looked filthy the walls were patched all over. The flooring was gross. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower barely worked, the walls were patched but not painted.

Everything. Multiple drug deals and drug users on the property as soon as we pulled in.
Nothing. It was over priced, it smelled like smoke and sewer. I specifically ask for a room with a fridge and they refused. I had 1 year old who needed his milk chilled.

I didn't like having to pay one hundred dollars cash from there ATM in their lobby for a deposit. Felt like they were trying to get extra money. They should have given an option.
All but one was very friendly and courteous rooms were good size and clean. I would rate them 4 out of 5.

The noise the people hanging in parking lot with no room unsafe environment drug users everywhere
The guest on the room next door was loud doors slamming till 7 am started at 10 pm arguing cussing being very rude

Room very dirty. Sheets and covers had dozens of burn holes. Blood in walls in bathroom. Hairs in sheets. Electric lights burned out. Outlets broken and loose

.I was charged online and then an additional (double fee) by the motel. .I was told I'd be reimbursed....I was not.
I didn't have breakfast. I was out early for work. I just needed a place to stay and shower.

No breakfast…My microwave didn’t work either and the freezer was very small.
Quiet and nobody bothered me about anything I really liked the stay. I like the seat by the window too, it was nice ;)

The resident next door to me has the cops called. They were fight from around 2am until 6am when the police arrived, banging on their door

Well, let's start. We hadn't even been there. Thirty minutes and I was walking down with my niece to go Grab her newborn twins, swing and close to bring them back up to the room. And we were approached by a man and a woman. That asked how many people we had in our room and I told them the amount that we put on our application through priceline, 2 adults and 2 children. Well Me and my Niece were walking back to her room. Because I rented the room for family members that were here in town Because we had to make a decision to take a family member off life support. And I didn't have enough room at my house for them. Because I have several other family members staying there. Anyways, we went back to My niece's room and on the way we saw a lady walking out Of one of the rooms that I thought was 1 next to The one I rented for my niece And when we got back into the room, my niece was just getting out of the shower And she was very upset because somebody had just came in our room without Knocking or announcing they were coming in. So I went downstairs to talk to somebody at the desk. And this lady came out screaming At me asking how many people were in the room And that she saw 5 or 6 people in there. And that she had every right to go in there because she owns the property that she could come in any time she wants and announced. And I told her there were a total of 5 in that room which was me, my niece, her husband and 2 twins. Which I put on the reservations from priceline that there would be two adults and two children And that I was renting the room for familry members. I was only there because I had to go there to check in with my credit card and help them carry their stuff to the room. Then I was planning on going back to the hospital I was very clear on my application to price line that I was not staying there that I was renting for family that came into town They just didn't have the money. And they needed a place to stay.

Everything. They’re gross. Mean. Violent. Just bad all around.
They are horrible. Front desk lady will yell at you. Try to scam you. They lie about their amenities. My 6yr old was yelled at. Lady walked into our room without knocking while he was getting dressed. Cockroaches. Locks broken. Druggies everywhere. She kicked us out into the rain because the reservation that was in my name was paid with my mom’s card so she wanted my mom to send her pictures of her license and handwritten signature. And then kicked us out because my mom was working and couldn’t get it done before checkout. She called me stupid and idiot and yelled so loud she was spitting on me. My son was half naked when she walked in on us. Priceline said we would be given a credit but never did.
