The only real complaint is that some of the things were broken like the lights in the room only had two bulbs that are very dim, and the shower was difficult to work. These were minor compared to the convenience for me personally, though.

The owners are exceptionally understanding and helpful from my experience. Always around if you need something and very accommodating. Would recommend for anyone struggling to find affordable housing short term. The neighbors all seem fine, and like a mix of transients and long term residents, but nothing seemed too worrisome in the area.

The rooms are a little bit old and they need more maintenance, but it is something that I think they are working on already, so I think when they finish all the works this hotel will be very good.

The attention of all the personal was more than excellent. They were super nice since we arrived, solving all our problems. At the end I forgot something in the room and they took care of it until I could go to pick it up. The room was really clean.

As expected you pay for what you got. The staff was super friendly, but the rooms cook. Use a little bit of an upgrade.

There was no breakfast. Sometimes I had to leave to Indio for work. I thought we where going to come back I appreciate that owners waited for us when we came back. Owner always charged us the day we didn't stay and extra because we where late but it didn't matter because we where appreciate that they waited for us. This happened 3 times the only thing I didn't like was the last time I got rob with an Xbox, Xbox controller and two Ipads. I owed 240 dollars that I was going to paid but when I realized my items where missing I got really angry and didn't know what to do about the situation then owner came really mad at kick me out when I told her I was going to pay and she added that day but she wanted us out I didn't understand why she was acting like that so I left without paying because nobody gave me responses of my belongings.

What I liked was very good services nice staff. Owners where very polite and the facility was mostly very calm.

It was noisy so bring ear plugs, apart from that it was clean enough and no crackheads like the rest of LA. It was a little intimidating when we first arrived but I believe it was safe as we had no trouble.

The location was really good for food and shops. I enjoyed that the car park was large and right outside our room. The check in was smooth.

The mattress was comfortable enough, but it was on a metal frame that was very noisy any time you moved. The bathroom was dirty and unfinished. There were chips on the counter, in the sink, and in the shower. Everything was dirty. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot, and guests on the stairs with very visible guns. This place did not feel safe at all.

The staff was very friendly. Location was good for where we needed to be.

Not every room has a microwave and I found the convenience made the stays more enjoyable in the rooms with them. But all rooms have fridges with freezer top and fridge bottoms.

The staff are humble and really helpful, made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, i would not hesitate to book the rooms are comfy and the property is peaceful

The room needed some fixing, the window wooden blind was broken so you can see thru the window, toilet seat dirty, bathroom tub was dirty, painting was done horribly, felts old and moldy. Smelled like cigarettes
