The rooms are very large. The inner ground level rooms within the pool area have a secondary door which is fantastic. I can step outside and enjoy the weather and see the pool. I find myself visiting with many of the guests who are doing the same thing and enjoying there patio area too. The hot tub is a pool of its own. It's huge. It's always up and running. There is a laundry room that's never closed. The odds of one or both washers being available for use are very high. There is a change machine at the front desk if your looking for quarters. But the odds of the machine having quarters available is almost none. I keep it simple and stop by a car wash on my way to the hotel and exchange my bills there. NoTE- make sure the machine gives quarters not TOKENS. lol. Otherwise you'll be in a mess. Next the hotel accepts dogs. Make sure you do it the rite way. Don't sneak your dog in. Doesn't work here. The dog area isn't much of a dog friendly area. But they accept bigger dogs and is you have a bigger dog you understand this is HUGE. Being able to take my dog out to do his business anytime I need to and not have any issues is priceless!! Plus the hotel has a wall of Oleanders that lines the entire place. It's green and quite pretty. My dogs love it. The staff is great. Haven't had one problem of any kind. Great place

When I got to my room my TV wasn't working. It took the person about twenty minutes to call anna fix the problem And they had no rooms on the 1st floor I did check in early. It was about 7o'clock And no ice machine on the second floor. And one more thing the bet was pretty high. It was extremely hard for me to get on the bed. I need to use the chair to get on the bed.

the cost, not worth it the smell was like a wet dog, maybe they need to clean the a/c, couldn’t get used to it. no shampoo, towels are so thin they are changing the beds out and working above our room until 10:30/11 pm

One room offered had smoke smell and the other room that was given turned out to have cockroaches.

The location was away from the convention center. The neighbor hood was not the best. We still felt safe and the drive to our destination was not that far.

The room was clean and parking was right outside our door. The price of the room was worth its value.

The room was very plain, no chair to sit on, noisy hallways. Someone was playing loud bass music all night. There was no phone in the room to call room service and when we tried the hotel number we got no answer. The floor was hard tile and the room was very sterile.

The bathtub is very very slippery and I almost fell when taking a shower. Very dangerous. Need to install nonslip material in the tub. This is very dangerous and will be a huge liability when someone falls. The room is plenty big enough for a couch or especially a recliner.

Cleaned better, floors were dirty and cold We also had roaches in our room. Towels were left out early AM and not returned, had to call twice and still didn’t get so we had to visit front desk.

Info about location supplied by Travelocity stated the property was near(2.2 miles) from the venue I attended. It was closer to 22 miles and in a gang infested ghetto.

It was very noisy. People upstairs banging on the floor all night. There were very unsavory type people staying there.

The facility is slowly sliding into low-end motel status. The facility was slowly weening out things that they felt were extranious like pictures on the walls and ice machines and breakfast. Also, instead of normal vending items, they had detergent, razors and toothbrushes to sell. Like I said, sliding. It may just be the clientel that they are now serving. Picture provided above is not what you got. I had to stay another night in the area, I chose to go to another hotel that was much nicer for the same price.

The office not being open 24 hrs is inconvenient. We had an early check out in order to catch a flight. I wasn't able to get a receipt or return the room key.

The pool and hot tub were a nice asset.

Didn't like that you couldn't like mirror to the television from your phone.

No breakfast at the time due to restrictions on COVID-19.

No breakfast offered anymore and shower kept getting a ton of water on the bathroom floor. Part that turns shower into a bath was quite hard to use. Needs some descaling or CLR. Coffee maker in room kinda sucked. Otherwise no complaints.

Ac was nice and cold! Room was great and location is perfect for my needs.
