We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MaltaThere are no elevators so if you can’s do stairs, it may not be for you. The passageway to our room flooded on a rainy day and had we not been in flip flops it would have been impossible to pass without submerging your shoes in water. Some sort of platform should be considered by the hotel. There were some cockroaches in the first outdoor corridor but I doubt there is much they can do about that.
A historic building full of charm. The location was great and the staff very nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was very nice and in a great location you could not have asked for more. The problem was the fact that they were no elevators was not prominently displayed and a family member I was traveling with has severe COPD. I also had a class three sprained ankle. We had to go at 2 to 3 flights of stairs and it was not easy.
It was a great location, an old hotel with so much character in the ambience. The rain was clean and it was a great price. I particularly want to mention the young man that was staffing the front desk when we arrived. He was absolutely phenomenal. He helped us with our bags up those stairs and it was not easy he tried to get us a lower level room, but there were none. He was just great, he needs a raise !

United KingdomThe room was rather small, without even a chair as there wasn't any room to put one in! We were in room 2 which had a leak from the light fixtures dripping regularly above the shower and the sink which I pointed out to the receptionists but it didn't stop during our 4 night stay so I doubt anything was done about it. The closet was tiny but sufficient. Coffee was available in the room but no tea, which we would have preferred.
The location right in the heart of the French Quarter was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was an outdoor sitting area right outside our room which was a nice touch. The room was very quiet despite its location. The room had a small fridge and a coffee machine. Bottles of water were available at all times in reception.
