Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWe paid about 60$ for resort facility which does not exsist as its small pools were out of water and closed. No sign of resort there.
Old facilities but clean, location is 15 minutes walk to Sphere and Sand Ave, Almost all of staff are very kind and helpful, our reception Ms. Stella was very curious, kind with a big smile on her face and helped us a lot.

United States of AmericaThis is more of an issue with booking.com than the hotel, because it is the hotel's posted policy, but you cannot smoke anywhere on the property, including outdoor balconies and the courtyard/pool area. We did not know this in advance and it was a bit of an inconvenience because we figured it would be ok to at least smoke on the balconies.
Beautiful suite, comfy furniture. Really close to a couple of RTS bus stops, so it's way more convenient to get to the strip and the festival grounds than we thought it was going to be. The staff was amazing, they took amazing care of us.

good hotel, facilities are nice, allowed to check in early. A bit outside of the strip but still in walking distance, and without gambling machines which is exactly what I was looking for a family stay.

IrelandClosed Swimming pool and no sunbeds avaible. At a high temperature without a pool is torture.I wanted to cancel my reservation 3 days before but i couldnt-it was non refundable. My friend was there 1 week ago and he told me the pool is still closed. It looks Like the pool is closed for a long time. They told my friend the pool will be open next week and i was the next week and still closed. They are still bullshiting about the pool opening. Its very unfair towards clients who pay for a hotel with a pool.I want to warn you about the hotel.Luckily there was a hotel who provided great pools across the road Virgin hotel but at a cost of 25 dollars per day per person in my opinion its worth it.
The location was great and the wifi was good. The only thing is that this hotel is only good for one night.

United States of AmericaHomeless people digging through the trash out back.
Most everything was fine, besides hiding the ice machine upstairs. There were some homeless people roaming around and digging through the trash out back, which made me a bit wary of parking my vehicle back there. Everything is so much more expensive now that I'm retired. Going on vacation just seems like a waste of money now. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and I could connect my computer to the TV with HDMI cable, which helps greatly at my age.

United States of AmericaI picked this property specifically for the pool but it wasn’t open, something about not having the required permit. I believe the property was being renovated. Our room looked like it had just been redone. I wish I had known the pool wouldn’t be open. I would have liked a bar of soap to wash my hands instead of using body wash. Then again, I typically use soft soap to wash my hands so maybe that’s a nonissue.
The bed (and blanket) was so comfortable and I slept so well! Serene definitely felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

AustriaNot the ideal location if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to enjoy the Las Vegas strip casinos and night life as taxi/uber costs will add up over time, if one is not into walking half an hour each way. Also housekeeping can be quite pushy relatively early in the morning already, expecting you to be at the door within seconds after very loud knocking and pushing/pulling the door handle multiple times, which is not always the most pleasant way to wake up. Relatively cold rooms.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location offers a couple of options to dine away from the busy strip and a 24/7 shop close by. Free parking is also a pleasant bonus for guests arriving by car.

LatviaWe chose this hotel just for an overnight stay and a subsequent trip to the Grand Canyon, so we were happy with it. It is far from the Strip and there are no slot machines, so for those who want to get to know Las Vegas better and be in the centre of the action, it is not the best choice.
Unexpectedly spacious room, but simple enough. Pleasant staff. Free tea, coffee, water at reception. comfortable beds, clean linen. Refunded the deposit on the second day. Free car park.

AustraliaThe pool was not open for use, the chair for the desk was broken. The outlets in the bathroom were not usable as the sockets were too loose to hold the plug. Strong smell of weed in the hallway everyday.
I liked the friendliness of the staff. The room was large and spacious. The room was sparse and dud not match the photos.
