Lot of construction happening, which is a good thing for future stays. Even with the renovation, our room was extremely quiet.

Very comfortable suite. The location is relaxing despite the proximity of the airport.. Try and get an inside room facing away from the road. Beds comfy. The attached restaurant is good value. Feels more like a coastal resort than being in a big city. You'll be looking for the beach. Some people might think the immediate location is a bit rough around the edges, however, this means that there are a number of cheaper options available. The teriyaki place is very good.

We paid about 60$ for resort facility which does not exsist as its small pools were out of water and closed. No sign of resort there.

Old facilities but clean, location is 15 minutes walk to Sphere and Sand Ave, Almost all of staff are very kind and helpful, our reception Ms. Stella was very curious, kind with a big smile on her face and helped us a lot.

Nobody could swim in the pool...and one of my pillows had a blood stain on it. a guy kept knocking on our door at 11 when check out is at noon.

This is more of an issue with booking.com than the hotel, because it is the hotel's posted policy, but you cannot smoke anywhere on the property, including outdoor balconies and the courtyard/pool area. We did not know this in advance and it was a bit of an inconvenience because we figured it would be ok to at least smoke on the balconies.

Beautiful suite, comfy furniture. Really close to a couple of RTS bus stops, so it's way more convenient to get to the strip and the festival grounds than we thought it was going to be. The staff was amazing, they took amazing care of us.

When I got there in the reception were 2 Asian lady’s very rude and careless about the guest arriving. Also that the pool was still in repair , no full body mirror in my room

Staff seemed uninterested, and thus check-in was slow. As the rooms were ok, the rest of the hotel seems to be in the need of a refresh.

Closed Swimming pool and no sunbeds avaible.At a high temperature without a pool is torture.I wanted to cancel my reservation 3 days before but i couldnt-it was non refundable.My friend was there 1 week ago and he told me the pool is still closed.It looks Like the pool is closed for a long time.They told my friend the pool will be open next week and i was the next week and still closed.They are still bullshiting about the pool opening.Its very unfair towards clients who pay for a hotel with a pool.I want to warn you about the hotel.Luckily there was a hotel who provided great pools across the road Virgin hotel but at a cost of 25 dollars per day per person in my opinion its worth it.

The location was great and the wifi was good.The only thing is that this hotel is only good for one night.
