Newly renovated and very close to the airport. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight and for that purpose and that price it was exactly what we needed.

Breakfast - no milk for the cereal. Banana was tasteless. The advertised shuttle was not available so I paid a taxi $30 for a drive around the terminal to get to the hotel which is less than 5 minutes away and with no luggage except for a carry-on bag.

The housekeeping never cleaned my room even when I had the maid sign on my door and I had to remake my own bed down to changing my own linen and having to take towels and bath mats off the housekeeper cart because they didn’t service my room not one time the whole week I stayed there

We had to change room 4 times due to the overwhelming smell of mold in each room. We have lived in properties with mold before, so we know the smell, and it was immediately apparent the hotel was suffering this problem. The main reception area was well kept and clean, but as soon as we entered the corridoor on the ground floor, we could smell the humidity and mold. We changed room 3 times, the fourth room eventually giving up on. However each room smelt very strongly of humidity and mold, and there was evidence inside the rooms of attempts to clean it up where possible, but mold is a persistent thing that will linger and cause health problems, even if cant see it (we could definitely smell it). We had a flight cancelled and booked very last minute for something nearby to the hotel, we were only going to get a maximum of 3.5/4 hours sleep. However given the smell, we didnt sleep much - my wife not at all. She had a migraine the next day, which may have been triggered my the condition of the room (cant say for sure obviously, but she has had a history of health issues due to mold exposure). As it was already late (12am), and we had to be back at the airport at 4am, we honestly would have moved hotel if it wasnt so tight. The guy at the front desk was nice enough to change us rooms. We didnt use any facilities nor require any more assistance, so I cant say much more abot the services the hotel has to offer. But if you want to take care of your health, I'd stay away from this one...!

Everything on Booking.com was false. They don’t have an airport shuttle or a shuttle to the cruise port, which were both reasons we booked here. And the included breakfast was just toast and bagels with coffee and orange juice. They had cereal but no milk. Disappointing.

everything was bad, even the breakfast. no tea, no milk, no honey, no enough chairs to sit, no creamer for coffee. no refrigerator in the room, AC in room so old . bed are iron beds. squeak when you move . they take a deposit of $75 and it was not mentioned 😒 and it takes a week to return it ???
