We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe carpets! The hotel can clearly afford newer carpets or more frequent deep cleaning of the carpets. The carpets seemed ages old and dirty to walk on. Gave the impression of a 2-star motel instead of a 3-start hotel, despite all other factors being really great.
Good location, overall classy look and the hotel architecture seems really great.

United States of AmericaThe shower floor was worn and appeared dirty....the little shower bottles they gave you were not replaced, and I had to dump them because I'm not using something someone else user (ew). The replacement blanket they gave me was visibly dirty, and I'm glad I noticed it because it was only visible in the light. There was also no microwave, and I was told there would be one. The lights in the bathroom also started to flicker, which I did not appreciate it as I do have to deal with neurological issues, and that could have brought a medical issue. And please, hotel housekeeping.....I know you have lots to do but actually clean clean the bathroom!
The bed was really comfy! Nice tv! Nice showerhead pressure. The guest service associates were really kind.

United States of AmericaFamily of 4, only 3 towels but asked the front desk and were handed some. Not enough toilet paper and only 3 tissues - they looked pretty but felt bad asking for more. The "additional elevators" didn't go to our floor correctly though. And the elevators were slow or out of order or packed because it was so busy. We don't mind the stairs, but for check I'm and out the elevator is ideal with all the stuff.
It's a great location and convenience for dance competition. Dimple was lovely to deal with, as was any of the staff at the front desk.

United States of AmericaThe elevators were broken and we were there for a dance competition. One was working some of the time and you would have to wait for almost a half hour if you needed the elevator. We were on the 6th floor with dance bags coolers and suitcases so stairs were not an option.
Good location clean and staff always will to help.

United States of AmericaVery small bathroom: only one person can use at a time. It was shocking that the black out curtains did not close resulting in poor sleep. The room was facing the outdoor construction facility of the hotel. At 4 am, there were very bright flood lights that turned on outdoor. With no black out curtains, the light shone in my room, resulting in sleep disturbance. I paid over $200 for a night to get no sleep??? It defeated the purpose of my stay overnight at the hotel: very disappointed!!

Room service was only provided upon request which ended up being a bit of a hassle as they were not very flexible with this (request needed to be in before a certain hour and for a specific time of the day, so you're likely to not get room service for all the days that you want).

United States of AmericaThe curtains were sheer and the view was to the parking lot. There was no way to draw the solid curtain across the whole window. The bathroom was a bit dated. The pool hours were too short to actually take a dip after I checked in in the evening.
