The house is furnished with nice classic furnitures. Very clean. The 1st floor is common area with a roomy kitchen and coffee maker available . Nice neighborhood. Not many free parking spaces on the street but you will find a spot around the house for parking

The place is lovely! An authentic Cuban-style house with a nice garden in the back. The house is very quiet and the location is excellent. Close to anything one might need, to public transportation and in the heart of Little Havana. The room was spacious, full of light and furnished both functionally and with style. The toilet is clean, spacious and the shower is double. Bed was comfy and with plenty of pillows. A small kitchenette is present in the room, with a fridge and a microwave. Downstairs a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room are available for guests to use. The nice table in the garden is also perfect for a quiet morning breakfast. The host was available for any question and quick to answer, we also received recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back if we pass through Miami again.

If they clean the place better, everything will be perfect. They need to fix the lights in the room it was pretty dark. Also, the aircondition was working non-stop during the night with no option to stop it.

The location of the appartment is really nice. By a 50min walk you are in down town and can See little havana and little Haiti. The street is quiete and well reachable by public transportation. The house is big and appartment was like on the fotos. There are multiple appartments within the same house and the kitchen is shared by the appartments. Due to the cold breez in Januar we were a little cold but the appartment offered a warmer blanket too. Sergio the appartment owner is careing and reachable quickly. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect walking distance to all the Restaurants at Calle Ocho. The house and room was really lovely.

i wish there were more facilities to offer with that kind of price. You can get a decent 3 star hotel room service with that price but the place is more of a scenic bed and breakfast kind of place without the breakfast

there was no breakfast but the place was close to some great places to eat like that cuban sandwiches with their tamarind drink. its located 2 blocks away near the supermarket.

I would love to have baby cot in the room

I like the neighborhood, the size of the room, amount of towels, private bathroom and kitchenette. We also had access to the bigger, better equipped kitchen and beautiful garden.

We couldn't find a way to get the ceiling fan working and there was only one standing fan for 2 beds.

The house has a cosy, beautiful and rustic interior complemented by a lovely smell. The shared spaces like the kitchen, living room and garden make it feel way more spacious then anything you could ever find even for double the price he's asking. The host himself is easy to reach, helpful and kind.

It’s a house with independent rooms, i didn’t knew until the host told me days before my stay. Was a little scared since I was gonna stay by myself, but once there it was very quiet and had nothing to worry about. All rooms have their own key and the house has a very good security system.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The room is huge and has everything you may need for the stay. Room is larger and looks way better than in photos. Great common areas (kitchen, dining table, backyard with chairs and trees)

It's centralized temperature control and I'm sharing with the entire house. Therefore, I can't control my own temperature since there's a locked box outside of it and I had to txt the owner all the time to change the temperature which is very inconvenient. The blinds and lamps are broken, too. Also the airplane flies over like every 10 minutes, very noisy.

The house is quaint and nicely decorate.

Host did not answer messages. We found roaches in our room and he responded to say they would spray (they did not) and did not answer any of my messages after that. We were there for a week.

There was AlOT we did not like. When we arrived and went into the kitchen to put away some food items we brought with us. The floors were extremely filthy I shouldn't have had to find a broom and did it myself not even 10 minutes into arriving. While searching for the broom that was located outside the back door. The back door didn't even secure lock properly which was sketchy and not safe. Because anyone randomly could have walked in that house and hurt us, steal from us, etc. We made our way upstairs to room #1 which was our room to unpack our belongings. It was extremely hot up there with almost to no air circulating in the room we were sweating. We unpacked everything and were checking the French back doors out that you would think would open...but they would not open the bottom of the door was all broken to pieces. As we settled in for the night me and my husband got ready to take our shower for the night. We were shocked to see how big the shower was and also it had 2 shower heads which blew our mind. We were like wow this really cool as my husband turned both of them to get our showers ready as we stood there for nearly 20 minutes the shower head to the left DOES NOT get cold just extremely HOT. So that was a bummer we couldnt even use that, but oh well just another thing to add to the list of things.All the pictures we reviewed online prior to us booking the room was FALSE advertising. The backyard was one of the things I fell in love with in the pictures...but that is another story it didn't look like anything in the pictures..the yard was not kept MAINTAINED at all...it looked so cute and cozy in all the pictures I swore I thought i could have enjoyed and relaxed as we drove 5 hour to arrive at this place for me to have surgery and which came to be it wasnt even a comfortable setting at all.

The room was super hot. We didn't sleep well in the hot room like that. The thermostat was controlled by the owner. We called and asked to turn the temperature down but for some reason it never happened. We were not able to view email messages from the owner. Not sure why.

The location is perfect. The place was lovely and clean.The room was spacious.
