We all were bit by bugs. Not sure if they’re bed bugs or spider bites. But my daughter’s legs and arms and my grandkids are all bumped up. Myself included. Not happy at all with this stay.

Where do I start when you walk in it smells musty, the furniture down stairs are old and warn out, they say they are a pool and spa no hot tub the hot tub was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, breakfast was cold when we came downstairs they said they just put it out was the reason to warm it up in microwave, the man that was there on Saturday morning didn't understand English was trying to tell him there was cereal all over the floor in elevator and all he kept saying was sorry don't understand, the bed you could feel every spring in the mattress not very comfortable but the room was clean but outdated the lamp shades were stained paint coming off the walls carpet warn, the carpet in the hallway looked like it needed a good sweeping and shampooing, but it was quite no problems like noise or anything, the AC in the room didn't work properly had it down to 67 and it was still muggy in the room the compresser would kick on for a couple of seconds and shut right back off

The room was roomy, the lady that checked us in was nice and the women that checked us out was nice the room and bathroom was clean

the pool was too cold.

we did have some trouble with our room . with the ac not working right. but when we brought it up the front desk they moveed our room to another one. where the ac worked . they were more then happy then happy to help with that.

The pictures are misleading. It really did not smell nice or look nice...and the bathroom was not what was shown. Oh. And a hot tub? Liars.

The room was extremely dirty. Stains in the bed, all over the carpet. The fridge froze everything in it and exploded pop cans I had put in. We were only given one bath towel for 2 people. But the absolute worst part was the frame hadn't been put on the bed correctly and there was about a 4 inch metal piece that stuck out from the bed. It was covered by the bed skirt so I didn't know it was there until I tripped over it in middle of the night severely bruising my leg and falling on my face. I thought I had been shot it hurt so bad and took me several minutes to get up and turn a light on to see what I tripped over. It could be extremely dangerous for someone. I'm thankful my child hadnt caught it. I stayed here the night before a trip and I could hardly walk through the airport the next day from the pain and I am fairly young. What a great start to a vacation.

Everything in the room worked and was nice. Plenty of towels, the iron worked, TV, etc. My son's really enjoyed the pool. Just needed to find staff to get some pool towels. The breakfast was good and the helper lady in the breakfast room was very kind to my sons with autism-a very compassionate person! The only thing I would have liked is to have a USB outlet as I couldn't charge my sons shavers nor charge our iPad-that was the only disappointment. I definitely would stay again.

The floors were really slippery going in the room, and the bathroom was slippery as well. We mentioned this to the front desk as we were leaving, and she giggled. Also, we were going to let her know about the lotion being used, but due to the fact she giggled about the slippery floors, what was the point. There was nothing in the bottle.

The check-in lady was nice. The bed was comfortable.
