Staff was extremely helpful, parking was in abundance.

The kitchenette area looked worn. The range hood was missing parts. The towel provided was dirty. The bathroom light blinked, and the floor was sticky. The AC unit looked and sounded like it was 20 years old and needed a good cleaning. Even the light switch covers looked dirty.

The beds were comfortable. The TV worked. Bathroom towels were clean.

Noisy, guests next to my room were very loud till about 1:30-2:00am The towels had stains on them, TV was dirty, floors were not swept and the microwave has rust in it.

The policy to preview my assigned room at sign in was appreciated, as was the friendly and courteous staff.

The room was so dirty walking barefoot our feet turned black, you had to pay for having more than two towels and was expected to wash your own towels if you don’t pay for their service fee. I had four people with me and paid and was still expected to use only two towels to share.

The best part was the location. It was right next to everything in Denver!

The room did not appear to be very clean. The bathroom door was coming off the hinges. They did not have the room I reserved ready at checkin (3PM). The room they offered was for handicap access, and the shower had a funky shower setup that required us to lean over a bench while showering. To reduce the noise from drops from the shower head we had to extend the removable handle close to the floor. The hotel was noisy from the occupants. The neighbor upstairs was pounding on the floor late at night and during the early mornings. Smokers parked themselves outside the front door of the facility, so even though it was smoke free inside, we were forced to walk through smokers smoke to get into the building. I found the back door unlocked twice, not requiring a room key to get in the building. This concerned me because there were people roaming around outside. I thought I paid up front, per Priceline previous experiences, but learned upon arrival I had not paid. They did not check me in until I reviewed the room. Our check in time was just after 3PM, where would I get another room at 3PM? It was odd that they think I would reject the room. And they would not return my drivers license to me until I checked in. I was uncomfortable that they would not return my license, they had my reservation information (name and credit info.....). Not returning my license showed a lack of customer trust, not the best welcome I have had at a hotel. One night we returned at 10:45 to find the back door unlocked so we did not have to use our key to enter the building. However, our key would not open our room. I immediately went to the front desk to get our key reset. There was a notice at the front entry that the office closes at 11PM. I was concerned after that event that we would not be able to reenter the facility after 11PM if our key did not work. It's not appropriate to limit when a customer can return to their residence.

Location was good and close to relatives. The checkin people were pleasant and responsive and patient. The attendant was helpful when I requested additional toilet paper.

Nothing really, for the price I was very Happy.

The renovation on the 1st floor was great, I like that they put hard floors instead of carpet, so much cleaner. The water pressure was great and they had a shower massager which felt so good. It was very clean the staff was so nice, for the money I paid it was well worth it.

For what it is, this was fine. Pretty clean, pretty worn. I've seen lots worse in this market. Evening staff were a little apathetic, morning were enthusiastic. I'll likely be back.

Someone knocking at my door in the wee hours, waffle sized stain and a year in the bedspread. The male that supposedly greeted me acted like he was being bothered. The male there the following morning was the only plus. The room was clean.

The bedspread had blood spots on the inside of it when I folded it down. The toilet stopped flushing during the middle of the night. There was a continuous drip of water in the shower.

The facility was in a convenient location for me.
