Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

honestly price is what i look at...cant really complain .
I always feel safe when i stay here and it is always very clean. We usually stay here when we fly out of Denver airport. It includes a fridge and a coffee pot. We usually eat local.

Our room was impeccably maintained, clean and fresh smelling. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The location is very convenient to the interstate yet we didn't hear any road noise in our room.

Welcoming family owned, older style motel. Takes you back to simpler, comfortable time. Immaculate. A but dared by 21st century standards, but charming nonetheless. Continental breakfast, ie coffee and pastries, included.

Swimm pool hours were too short.
We found the beauty of the grounds appealing, wish the swimming pool had longer hours. It is apparent that the owner lives and works there. This makes a huge difference in the quality of the entire operation, positively.

Not the owners fault but it’s more likely on how the property was built- thin walls? I’m a light sleeper, banging of doors at 6am woke me up and we can hear conversations from the room next to ours and from outside .
Retro motel that oozes vintage and homey vibes. looks well maintained and very clean! Location. Parking. Hot shower, AC, comfy bed and pillows, microwave. Owner was nice . Booked 30mins before arriving at the property as we needed rest from a 16hr drive and landlord was at the front desk to check us in past midnight. They provide their guests with simple breakfast like pastries, bread, boiled eggs etc. fenced outdoor pool.

The continental breakfast options are limited, but not a deal-breaker.
Chose this place based on the reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. Loved having a reasonably priced, two-bedroom option. Made things so much easier traveling with our three adult/teen kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Noisy neighbors in next room up past 1:00pm but not management’s fault. Promised breakfast was minimal.

Parking gets tight and awkward for those wanting to park near rooms in the corner or short edge, especially with a long sedan or pickup. One of the least expensive places to stay in Limon.
Long-term ownership, from Europe (Poland) and takes good care of the property. For an economy motel, it is in fine shape. Exterior bathroom window (screened) can crank open for extra ventilation.

The doctor of the rooms is not new or modern but we did not mind this at all.
This property is quaint and unique. The pool is lovely and the decor is homey and inviting. It is European style build, which makes it unique compared to other hotels. This is a family owned business. The owner was very friendly and helpful and was cleaning out rooms herself the next day. The price is extremely affordable! We loved it so much that Limon may be a place we return to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast is basic, not bad just basic, maybe adding some fruit would improve it, but it was ok: pastries, Peanut Butter and Jelly, orange juice and coffee.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable, specially the pillows. The room was spacious and clean, the property has a swing set and a pool which we liked, the room had plenty of towels and a couple of extra pillows. It's a good one, I'd stay here again!

older carpet would be better replaced with something that could be mopped clean,
