Room was a little small but was doable.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, also right on the boardwalk so not paying for parking is a major plus.

We came down for oceans calling festival. we had dedicated parking. The staff was awesome. The rooms are outdated but clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The place is a little outdated, the railing on the outside stairs was loose, but not to the point of being unsafe.

The staff phoned us to see our eta. Then greeted us upon arrival. They gave us room options; for no additional price, played with our dog, and walked us to our room.

Was on the third for the steps took a toll on me I'm a senior citizen.

That it is pet friendly, finding a hotel that is clean with being pet friendly is HARD I think hotels think if you are bringing your pet that the cleanliness of the room isn't expected but that should not be the case at all. I keep my pet clean and I make sure that she doesn't have any accidents so I expect the same from the hotel. When I stay in Ocean city I will be staying at Safari hotel again.

Our shower had missing tiles that were covered with plastic and duct tape, we got a discount for this. Our room was also a lower level with the window at sidewalk level and located literally 20ft from the front desk.

Loved the location, we could walk right onto the boardwalk and beach. The balcony were perfect for people watching and star gazing.

There was a smell in the hotel. Not sure if it’s just the area or the hotel. Smelled like old rags. There was also a hole in the shower. Not sure if they were fixing the pipes or something.

The location and staff were amazing. We have a dog that has separation anxiety and the staff was understanding.

For the amount of money i think it should have had a pool. Always had to go to the beach. The sand didn't go down in the shower. Only thing that would keep me staying is no pool.

The parking lot is hard to navigate through with a larger suv, but we made it work. The vent in the bathroom didn't really work so the room felt very wet in there. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. When we got home we realized all of our items smelled like mildew. Also, the water pressure wasn't the best on the 4th floor and the toilet acted like it didn't want to flush.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and so quick to help. When we got there, we were told the room wasn't ready yet, but they allowed us to park and use their restroom, ice machine, and coffee. When we checked in, an employee brought down the luggage cart and even helped me load it. The location was perfect! Right on the boardwalk, but not at a really busy spot. The room was comfy and the bathroom was cute.

Parking!! Need to assign one parking space for each room. Older folks don’t need to stress out on where to park and unload their cars or come back from their drive not to find any parking!!!!

Location was great!! Neighbor’s in adjacent rooms were very ignorant and inconsiderate by playing load music dancing, laughing carrying on till 4am in the morning. This happened 2 nights of a 3 night stay!!!

No breakfast provided but plenty of breakfast places and restaurants within walking distance. No pool provided but it wasn't really needed due to the roximity of the beach. Cold water rinsing facility provided at edge of boardwalk but none at the hotel to wash off sand and salt. Could not extend late checkout past 11 am but they allowed us to use the parking pass till the end of the day to allow us to enjoy the beach in the afternoon before heading out. Recommend going in groups of 4 to get the most value for your stay.

Great location next to boardwalk and beach. Front desk were courteous and accommodating at night and in the morning. We were able to use the outside terrace till late at night and went back out to see the sunrise and take photos early in the morning, which was spectacular and breathtaking. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC was functional. Bathroom and sink were clean and showers allowed for couples to bathe together. Good coffee service in the front desk lobby in the morning and manager Mike was very gracious.

The housekeepers asking to plug their vacuum into the outlet in my room when I was giving my daughter a bath. Banging on the door early in the morning to give us towels. The people above us very very noisy.

It was very close to the boardwalk and everything we needed. Free coffee in the lobby. The shared balconies were nice.

Parking was not the best. There was not enough space to comfortably pull in, if any spaces were even open at all. Backing/pulling out was also difficult due to how close cars are to each other.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms were excellent.
